walking in the business looks fine ! it was a bit busy so I only came in for a ice cream cone 1 scoop and the lady who attended me had a lack of professionalism was on her phone while attending and also gave a rude attitude when I gave her a respectful attitude . So I proceeded to sit down and wait and they gave me a receipt with no number so I was just there waiting and then everyone else was getting there stuff but me and even the people after me got there order and the lady who attended me got off her shift and just laughed and smirked while walking out I proceeded to wait 30 mins . Then made a complaint unbelievable.

they move super slow, waited at least 15 to 20 minutes on 2 scoops of ice cream. not very clean either. wouldn't recommend

Really good antojitos mexicanos, a little high price $$$. Just for use a debit card, the store charges an extra $1 dollar plus tax. But still good food. ?

Stopped in here with my friends and it's awesome to have such good authentic Mexican/American desserts available so close to GCU! All of the workers were really nice and I didn't feel judged for trying to speak to them in Spanish. The banana split and milkshakes were really good! I would go for the banana split over the milkshake. The banana split comes with chocolate wafers and syrup over whipped cream and sprinkles, all for $8.50. They only do cash tips, sadly. I feel bad that I wasn't able to give them a tip because they were all working hard and deserved it.

I love mexican snack joints and came here to try since I was visiting for the weekend. Sad to say, I was a bit disappointed that the ice cream served was not made in the store. The raspados were decent, but the smoothies seemed to be artificially flavored. The fresas con nieve por fresas con crema was decent as well. Come decide for yourself

Ugh who doesn’t love chamoy! Or ice cream! Yall have to get the sandia loca it is the best! But it is very big maybe for 2-4 people to eat. They should make some with the mini watermelons

Love the banna split from here the nieva de piñon is my favorite definitely recommend not only that but they have a cool small clawmachine in the back next to the restroom we also won a some cute plush !

Neveria Chayos. Located at 35th Avenue and Glendale in the El Rancho Plaza. Everything used to taste good, but now the ice cream taste really bad, the aguas frescas taste horrible, the raspados has no taste. The customer service hasn't change still bad!!!!!!
