We arrived and I couldn't tell if the restaurant was actually a restaurant. The parking lot was behind the restaurant but it seems like someone was living in a trailer in the same yard so I was not sure where to park. I guess they serve only to go because that was the only option given. Now 8+ hours after my family and I have diarrhea - only those who ate the food here. We are not locals - just coming from our of town.

What happened? Nothing new or clean about this restaurant. We use to love eating at this restaurant as it was a staple of memories. Today the food was salty and oily. If your ok with sitting in dirty seats, touching sticky salt and pepper shakers and years of old food splattered on the walls then New garden is the place. Do better New Garden. Take a few minutes of the day and clean the dinner room and kitchen... Very sad.

I had to give this Gem a positive review. This place may be a hole in the wall but they can COOK! DISHES ARE SAUCY. Chicken wings are fried crispy and are truly a hit, 10/10. The house lomein was saucy, seasoned and scrumptious. The orange chicken was chunky, favor was just rite. They are in the top 5 here in the Phoenix area.

My first time here and called in take out. When I got there, they were just wrapping up my order. Man oh man they came out with a BOX of food. I didnt realize how much I ordered!!! Lol, especially since the price was good. The food was delicious and you get your money's worth here. The guy working the cashier saw i was alone and had a lot to carry, he held the door for me as I left, very gentleman of him. I will be returning here
