The cashier was kind eventhough I asked multiple questions about their drinks while trying to decide if I wanted one. Eventhough the service was great from her that was overshadowed by the laziness of the chef. I ordered two bagels and both of them just had smear slapped on them and my second one had only enough to lightly cover half the bagel. After opening the first bagel I wasn't going to write a review for the simple fact I had to schmear the bagel myself, but upon opening...

I have been here many times over the years.
Food has always been good.
If there has been an issue all you need to do is talk to your server and it is addressed.
But, on my last visit I did order home fries with my eggs and I got a fried potato. Not home fries from the grill. I ate them and they were good. Not sure why I did not ask what happened to the old fashion home fries.
Will ask on my next visit.

The food here is great but the service here needs some work. The team at this location needs a meeting about communication and teamwork. Every time we come here, it’s disorganized chaos and detracts from our experience. It’s much easier to just get takeout from this place.
