Wonderful restaurant in Arcadia in Phoenix. Italian cuisine executed to fit the expectations of a true connoisseur. Their chicken Marsala was outstanding with the sweetest edge of the Marsala wine leaving an impression of being transported to Tuscany. The chicken piccata was equally appealing. The capers were quick roasted to capture a bit of crunch but nit too much. Excellent service and atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a great night out at the Nook Kitchen. The food was great but what really makes this place stand out was the service- everyone from the parking attendant to the hostess to the bartender to the wait staff were incredibly nice and attentive. There are lot of good restaurants out there but this one stands out because of the great food AND the incredible service. We will definitely be back. Also- they play great music!

Happened to be in the area and wanted to try something new. All I can say is delicious!
The chicken sandwich tasted like how good chicken nuggets tasted as a kid but such deep flavour that it was something to be savoured as an adult. I could tell that it was made right when I ordered it, not ahead. The crispy chicken coupled with the arugula and aioli was just such a treat.
I opted for the cesar salad instead or fries which was the size most places would consider a full rather than half.
Against my better judgement, finished with the Nook cookie skillet which was worth it 1000000%
I think I will be back 😉
Did not get photos, it was devoured too fast.

They have the best arancini balls I've ever had! Would go back just for that! Pizza was also really good! Great customer service. Everyone is really friendly!

A neighborhood gem! Great food and atmosphere. The best pizza. Pastas and salads at delicious too
Staff were excellent as well as the restaurant vibes.
Unfortunately both mine and my girlfriend’s pasta were undercooked, chewy and doughy. Kind of disappointed for the price after reading the great reviews, but guessing it was fluke. If we come back will try pizza instead.

1st time trying this place and was excited, but ended up feeling let down. Got takeout; ordered the Sunday Sauce. Portion size was good, food looked good, temp was good, but I did not like the taste at all. The sauce was weirdly sweet. The pasta was OK. The meatball’s texture and flavor was off; I couldn’t eat it. Even the cheesy bread they included wasn’t good. It honestly made me confused and wonder if I just got a bad batch. I was hungry, so I ate about a quarter of it and threw the rest out—and wasting food makes me even sadder than wasting money.

Used my Amex quarterly Resy credit for lunch here -- honestly, Resy really needs to add more restaurants in AZ because our options are so limited. Tried this spot for the first time since it had a solid 4.6 on Google... sadly I think we must've hit an off day.
Service? Fantastic. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive -- truly the highlight of the meal.
Food? Eh... not so much.
Here's what we tried:
*Arancini: Not crispy, overcooked rice, and just missing flavor.
*Meatballs: Pretty good, but nothing to rave about.
*Caesar salad: Passable.
*Cacio e Pepe: Pasta was overcooked and seriously lacking that peppery punch. Isn't that literally the whole point of the dish?
*Chicken: According to my husband, one of the worst dishes he's had.
*Banana pudding: The star of the show! Honestly, this dessert and the service was their saving grace.
Ambiance was simple and comfy -- your standard neighborhood spot, nothing fancy. Would I go back? Nah. But hey, at least my Resy credit didn't go to waste!

Excellent pizza without being ridiculously overpriced like some places. Good service. Cool atmosphere, very laid back and chill. Good selection of drinks too. Would 10/10 recommend

Jake was our server and he was amazing! Attentive and friendly also very knowledgeable about the menu. We chose Chef Sarah's season dessert which was a Cinnamon roll and it was DELICIOUS!
Drew and the rest of the team were outstanding! The newly added short rib, ravioli was rich, but not overpowering well done chef
Food wasn't good for the price they charge plus at 2pm reservation they were out of a lot of things. I would not ever go back it took a hour in half to get our food and it was col, horrible

This was a great place for a date night with my wife. The food was pretty good. My wife ordered the Alfredo (with salmon), and I ordered the Sunday Gravy. The Alfredo was made to near perfection, with a creamy base and perfectly done noodles. \I was slightly disappointed with the Sunday Gravy. There were a lot of rougher bites where I had to pick out tendons from the meat, and it disrupted my meal for sure.
The service was very good. We were never waiting for too long or wondering when we would be helped. They were very prompt.
As far as value goes, I'd say things were slightly overpriced for the quality of food. It was okay, but I'm not sure I would go here again, unfortunately.

Food flavor was absolutely wonderful. Downside they had only 1 desert from their menu available. I would love to try again. Also we were expecting to pay $44 per.persom since we were dping their restaurant week special 3 course meal for $44. Because we didn't do the desert they did have (a cookie) we were charged full price and individually for each item! This wouldn't have been an issue except the waiter didn't notify us of this, and seemed to have an attitude after I said we couldn't do ice cream since we're in a hotel with no freezer. (Deserts were to go).
All in all idk if i would want to return just based on waiters attitude.
