Delicious food and the workers are very kind. However, I work far away and need to place my order ahead of time in order to get the food and make it back to work on time. They do not rarely answer the phones, and by the time I get there, the store is completely empty with the phones ringing and workers just ignoring it. Really frustrating! You do have the option to place an order ahead of time online for pickup, however, the pricing is more expensive that way than if you call or make the order in person. Makes no sense. Love the food, never ever had a bad food experience here, but ignoring the phones really sucks! I drive a long way to get their food and have to skip on it for lunch sometimes simply due to the lack of phone pick up to place my order ahead of time.

I placed a DoorDash order for orange chicken and spam musubi, and I put on my order that I wanted utensils. I am currently in the moving process and have stored my silverware - so it was essentially to have silverware. Needless to say, I did not receive silverware. I called the store and the manager acted like I had no order there, even though I’m literally calling the phone number from the DoorDash app. He literally hangs up on me. I am aggravated and attempt to contact the store again. They ignore my call several times, but finally picked up. They held something crinkly in front of the phone to make it sound distorted, like I was having bad service or something, and stating they couldn’t understand me. Then they hung up and never answered anymore after that. Highly don’t recommend this place. Wasted money.

1st time n last time at this location, got diarrhea for more than a week straight. Go to the northern and 19th ave locations, they really know what they're doing over there, and they have better service
