Arrive there at 5:45 and no one was in the restaurant. Kind of wondered why at the time. Found out the reason why I got no confirmation about the order was that the staff were supposed to accept the order. They did not. Many things about this restaurant just does not work right. Ordered a meal for the family take out. Got home and found the noodles over cooked. Sauces had an odd flavor, not fresh, noodles greasy. Fried rice had little to no egg in it. Called to discuss the food with the staff at the restaurant. No answer. Not surprised. I will be contacting my credit card company to have it charged back. Used to be good a few months ago. It’s utterly terrible now. Read the reviews, this place is really in trouble.

They offer extremely friendly service and understand Spanish. The Mongolian beef is where it's at it's a little tough but the flavor is good and the green onions and scallions make up for whatever you may be missing from a PF Chang's version. Egg rolls are some of the best I've had here in Arizona.

First time ever eating at this chain establishment.845pm Fri night restaurant was completely empty, but 5 people did come on for takeout orders.Seems like a reasonably clean place and food was decent - not terrible nor were they exceptional.My wife and I both, however, ended up q serious stomach issues 3-4 hrs later.Guess we'll never need to frequent this chain eatery ever again!

The food was well cooked. I got house fried rice. Even though we said it’s dine in, they still gave a to go bowl. The masubi rice was served cold. I would give 5 stars but it seemed like every person that worked here had the biggest attitude. Even when others came in and ordered that same attitude was put in them. It was disgusting to hear and watch. My advice, get your food to go.

Aka "Poke Picnic" on Doordash. When you want regular Asian menu, choose NoRa Asian. If you want the poke menu, choose Poke Picnic. Confusing right? My DoorDash driver thinks so and got a text saying "No Poke Picnic." but it's the same business in one building. I even got my order cancelled due to the confusion. Despite that one time mistake, this place is worthy of Asian/Poke fusion. They got Udon, Orange Chicken, Cream Cheese Rangoon Wontons, Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Sushi, Spam Musbi. They make everything fresh. Lots of seats with a view of QT across the street. Spam Musubi is charged per piece. Poke Bowls are worth it. This place has so many choices and yet no one really notices them close to a pawn shop and Whattaburger which moved to Mc. Dowell. I've seen families and couples eat here. Worth it!

Do Not order out from this restaurant. AKA Tori-Yoshi fried chicken on the delivery apps. Ordered through door dash, food came cold, overcooked/dry, with major ingredients in certain items missing. I understand in transit food can become cold, but the fries were freezing. Then I ordered fries that were smothered with cheese, since they didn't have cheese they just sent me regular fries yet charged me for the upgraded item. When we tried to return back with all of the food untouched to remedy the situation they stated there was nothing they could do for us. They refused to remake any item, their only offer was to give us some type of chili sauce to replace the cheese that was left off my cheese fry. Otherwise, nothing. We were told to Take up our issues with door dash. The employee and cook relayed all of this information on a very rude and dismissive manor and then told my husband to step aside so they could take care of the next customer in line and just left my husband standing there with no answers or resolutions. Rude. Unprofessional. Food is either overcooked or undercooked. No flavor. To the business, do not lend your kitchen out or make extra money under a different name if you're not going to put as much time and effort into that business as well as the one that is on your storefront.

I ate my food before I could take a picture so if that tells you anything!!! Wait time was quick and easy- prob 10 mins. I had my food to go. I got the spicy beef ramen and it was delicious, obviously. I ate it hot when I got home, packaging was top tier (noodles separate from broth so it doesn't get soggy- they think of everything!) they also added my fork, chop sticks and napkins in my bag so i didn't have to worry about it! I didn't ask for it either, I got home and found it in my bag. Heat level if anyone is concerned....basically, I wouldn't be! If you can handle Hot Cheetos, you can handle this! Inside of the restaurant was clean and spacious! The kitchen is basically an open kitchen. You could probably see the cook if you just stand up. I'd most definitely go back. I might try something different or even get the same thing. Highly recommend:)
