As a weekly regular at North Italia, I am utterly appalled and deeply disappointed by the treatment I and my entire team received on my most recent visit. For 4.5 hours, my party and I enjoyed a leisurely meal, ordering appetizers, entrees, and drinks at a reasonable pace, averaging one to two drinks per hour. We've spent a substantial amount of money at your establishment, week after week, and considered ourselves valued patrons.
