Nothing Bundt Cakes

The young staff are rude and unwilling to help a customer. I asked if I could get dome icing on the side on 6/14/2025 at the Phoenix location at 4pm. She wouldn't check. She was sure to collect their 50$ for a cake, but TOTALLY unwilling to help their customer with a simple request. Wouldn't ask, just no. No problem, I won't come back.

If you haven't tried nothin Bunt cakes you need to. Great prices amazing taste and they are always on point. It's not one of the franchise's where it's amazing at one location and crappy at another. I have bought these cakes in NM and now AZ. They are always good they always taste the same. Very moist and flavorful. They also have flavors for everyone even if you need gluten free they have it. If you were on the fence just do it. You will absolutely not regret your choice of you eat here. Unless you are on a diet and can't have any carbs... Well you better take a cheat day and just run to the store to get your exercise.

Don't slack on trying this, if you are on the fence just get over that and check this place out. I can't believe how good these taste.

MARIA is an EXCEPTIONAL person and Manager!! She goes above and beyond in a caring, kind way and she is incredibly hard working!! From the 1st time I called and met her on phone, then in shop, she was top notch in every way!! I think she puts her heart in all she does and customers and crew are the so fortunate recipients of her humble, gracious manner!! And a big big thank you to LILY for her hard work and super great kindnesses!!

Ordered Bundt cake for delivery with additional items like candles (3) packs worth and when delivered there was a cake but none of the candles were received. I called to address the concern days later and an associate answered in a rude tone, tried to dismiss the situation by getting an attitude because I didn’t know the exact card used for payment. I mentioned how their system would have that information and once I received a call from the manager, we can discuss all those detail then. As a result, over 6 hours later I received a text to show a refund for items not received but not even a call from the manger to apologize for ruining the birthday without providing the candles ordered. We had to buy candles at a near by store during the party which further delayed the event and just added additional work.

I went into your store on Indainschool rd today to order treats for the neighborhood kids for Halloween. I explained that I was taking the 12 bundtlet’s to three different homes and asked if I could have them packed in three separate boxes. One of the ladies explained that they didn’t have boxes for four only boxes for 12 . I asked if there was any other way to pack them up and the one suggested bags and I said that would be fine,the same lady helped me upload my points to my phone. She was very helpful. The other lady Sara I believe her name was brought out my order in the box instead of 3 separate bags. I feel she did this on purpose. Just to be rude.

This is really ridiculous when you pay six dollars for a bone cake, yet you ask for a fork they have the audacity to tell you “you can go to Nextdoor and ask for one we do not carry for”
That is a horrible Customer Service.

Very rude employees. I wonder if it’s because of what I look like, she had no problem being rude to me then being more respectful to the women who had walked in behind me. Even tried to open the door for her when she was bringing a sign out and still no respect ! Canceled the order. Letting Uber Eats know
August 14th 2024 at 9AM specifically so the employee knows who they are!

This place is nice with it good cakes and goodies, friendly staff, and neat clean facility. Going to pop out again real soon.

Placed a order for 1:15 wasn't ready till 1:45 i understand it gets busy but why even have a guaranteed time slot if this was gonna be the case. Should be range time slots instead like 1:15-1:45 range instead.
