I’ve noticed the staff tends to rush younger customers and doesn’t seem as attentive or patient with their orders. It comes across as dismissive, even if it’s subtle. Everyone should receive the same level of service. ZOE was INCREDIBLY RUDE AS WELL

I usually go to the Phoenix location on baseline, but I was in the area and craving a Red Velvet Bundt cake so of course I had to stop in. I ended up getting the Confetti and Chocolate Chip flavors too, and honestly, Nothing Bundt Cakes never disappoints. Every cake was incredibly moist, rich, and full of flavor. The frosting is always perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and the cakes are consistently fresh and beautifully made. Whether I’m buying for a special occasion or just treating myself, I know I’m getting something delicious every time. This location definitely lived up to the high standard I’ve come to expect, and I’ll absolutely be back again

We had a very disappointing experience at this location. We drove an hour to pick up a cake for our coworker’s birthday the following day and arrived 10 minutes before closing. The cashier told us they were already closed and couldn’t help us. However, as we were leaving, another customer walked in and the cashier assisted her. Because of this, we had to drive an additional 20 minutes to another location to get the cake. The lack of consistency and customer service was extremely frustrating, especially after driving such a long distance.

My wife and I had 12 cupcakes with 4different flavors. All 4 flavors were very good but the strawberry ones were definitely my favorite. I fully recommend these cakes.
