I came here today to pick up my bundtlet order and apparently one of my cakes was out of stock but the text said my order was ready. The team seemed to band together in the back to come up with a wonderful proposed plan for remedy. It was such a surprise and made my day. I have a question...why does it take 28 minutes to get a semi-custom box of bundtinis? I waited 28 minutes for them to change out one flavor. Two girls working the register..No one else in the store, and I had to stand and wait for 28 minutes. I can go to BJS with my family, order drinks appetizers and entrees for all of us and have it in less than 28 minutes. Truly infuriating. Figure it out.

It wasn't our first time having Nothing Bundt Cakes, but it was our first time visiting the Ahwatukee location. The customer service was amazing! The store was cute, organized, clean and had a wonderful setup. We will definitely be back!
