A couple of friends and I tried Novel’s ice cream doughnut sandwich, which those in our group who ordered it said was very good. I had a scoop of the pink lemonade sorbet, and it was excellent. There was a nice mix of unique flavors alongside more classic ice cream options, and we were told that certain flavors rotate, which makes it fun to come back and try something new.
