I am a long-time NYPD customer, but had an exceptional experience at this location! Many restaurant staff might shutter when they see us walk in, as a family of 6 with four young kids, but we were welcomed with open arms and pizza dough to keep the kids’ hands busy! The staff was attentive and awesome, and did everything they could to make sure our experience was positive. Thank you NYPD for being a kid-friendly destination - We will absolutely be back!!!

Ordered on uber eats for a party, over 200 dollars wroth of pizza wings and sides, the pizzas did not have any of the toppings we paid extra for. Wings, sides and pizza dry cold chewy, made me sick to my stomach. I will NEVER order again and I will be challenging to get a refund, $200 for dry pizza and sides charging $30+ a pie. I'll get little Cesar's before I order from this place again. Horrible experience, extremely costly

I had to book a pizza venue for an ASU program and Ryan saved the day! Bedt customer service at any pizza venue and the food is delicious! I recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I had one slice of pineapple and ham pizza along with a regular salad with ranch dressing. The pizza was not bad, per se, but certainly not up to par with other pizza stores. Salad appeared to have been sitting for a bit, as there were brown pieces of lettuce throughout.

I’m really not sure what to say about this pizza and its puzzle pieces!

I tried NYPD pizza a long time ago but, I don’t remember running into this issue. I’ll post pictures which will explain what I mean. I was so dismayed by the appearance of the slices that I couldn’t even eat them.

I guess I’m spoiled growing up in NYC and have been eating pizza since I was a child there. However, I’ve eaten pizza overseas and at some good places here in the valley but, nothing like what I was given here! I’m used to having the cheese melted and toppings incorporated into the sauce at least somewhat. As far as fresh??? Some of the chopped basil was black and very wilted not fresh or incorporated into anything just sprinkled on top.

Needless to say I will not be returning there or any of their locations. NYC style pizza anyone? Not here!!

Each dish was made fresh and came out hot and tasty. The waitress was quick, attentive, and professional. The establishment was clean, calm, and chill. This is a great weekday lunch place to get good food and enjoy.

This place follows NY water filtration standards and ingredients in their wonderful pizza, with NYPD initials, playing on its a crime to have mediocre pizza. They make a great pie, personally I rank it in my top ten, if this is what you're craving, its delicious and better than other corporate chains. Decent pizza for a great value.

Vegetarian options: Mushroom pizza.

Dietary restrictions: May have to ask about gluten free, or adapt a salad.

This review is meant for the camelback road location only. My family LOVES NY Pizza Dept however this specific location does NOT follow the quality standards of any other location we’ve had. This was the worst 2 pizzas we’ve ever had and it cost $70. Literally Pizza Hut is better quality than the camelback NY Pizza Dept. Even our 5yr old said she couldn’t eat it. Maybe they just had a bad day. Maybe they need to be re taught how to make pizza but we will never go to this location again. Literally a night and day difference compared to any of your other locations.
