We went there. Ordered. Some people who got after us and order at the counter got their stuff first. I noticed the people were paying more attention to their phones than to the work. We had to wait about 25 min to get our stuff. There was no one before us. Maybe the owner wants to get a bit more invested in their business. I had better smoothies for less money, but we wanted to support local businesses! When I got my stuff I didn't even finished it. It was so acidic 😵💫 ...and it was supposed to be on the sweet side.

Staff are young and usually need more training but they are still very courteous and willing to make your order how you ask. Place is not the cleanest and staff seem useto it.

After so many years of coming here. Everything is still so good! This is the only place in Phoenix to get a good raspado. Highly recommend the obispo with melon.

I used to love this place, but my daughter and I went in today and was treated so rudely. We never received service from the two guys behind the counter. Two ladies walked in after we did and was given service. The two guys looked me in the face and laughed, spoke to each other in Spanish and continued to serve the people that came in after us. They never apologized or even acknowledged they did anything wrong. We ended up leaving because of the service. I'm sure the raspados are still really good there, but I refused to be laughed at, in my face, and still spend my money there. Absolutely unacceptable.
