After so many years of coming here. Everything is still so good! This is the only place in Phoenix to get a good raspado. Highly recommend the obispo with melon.

I used to love this place, but my daughter and I went in today and was treated so rudely. We never received service from the two guys behind the counter. Two ladies walked in after we did and was given service. The two guys looked me in the face and laughed, spoke to each other in Spanish and continued to serve the people that came in after us. They never apologized or even acknowledged they did anything wrong. We ended up leaving because of the service. I'm sure the raspados are still really good there, but I refused to be laughed at, in my face, and still spend my money there. Absolutely unacceptable.

Went to shop. But I had a few questions. There are five young women behind the register. Chatting . Never in the 6 mins that I stood there looking at did anyone turn around. It was 5:30 pm. Will be happy to spread the word on Facebook and other medias to discuss other options in South Phoenix . As you are NOT taking care business. Be ashamed OASIS.

I use to absolutely love this place and always choice LOCAL FIRST but i think this was my last time. I felt like it just wasnt the same. first off there was an extra charges for absolutely everything. when adding the totals they over charged me like 2 dollars or more thats just not right. than the strawberries & cream were sour. Just a disappointment. I think its time to try somewhere else .

Oasis Raspados is the best in phoenix. Been around along time family owned small business keeping it simple. Historical from an old house is magical look at the art work outside of building. So Unique. Mango Raspado with vanilla ice cream,lechera (sweet condensed milk) is my favorite. Highly recommend by me. All the flavors are good. Banana Splits,Tostito Locos,Mangonada,and more. Please go and you will not be disappointed.

I had terrible service today and it was late for more than 15 to 20 minutes and when it was time to take my order, none of the 3 employees who were there took our order; This had already happened a long time ago last year but now it was starting to happen again, why? I like shaved ice and Snow but I don't know what's wrong with the staff, they are in a bad mood and I had no choice but to leave the premises with nothing but shame that the owners think they don't want to provide service and there were no longer any customers in line and we always had our purchases. There were more than 50 and the truth is now they didn't even want to take our order. There was a boy and two girls. The three of them went to the cash register and there was a stop as if there was no one to serve anymore.
