This was our first time dining at Bisutoro. We love Obon, so we knew it would be good, but it exceeded all of our expectations. The quality of the fish is exceptional. There are wonderful cooked options. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We went with his recommendations and were so glad we did. We will definitely be going back soon.
Love this place! We were a party of 4 women! We had the Edamame, Yuzu Yellowtail Crudo, Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, Cucumber Salad, Miso Soup, Garlic Fried Chicken, Bao Buns (Soft Shell & Bird), Fried Rice with Chicken, Specialty roll (Dynamit Shrimp), Sweet & Sour Pork Belly, I might be missing another dish or two we also had plenty of Mulls and Wine ordered as well. On top of the food being great the staff is amazing. I am blanking her name (sorry), she was the bartender...
Overall, great experience. The server was knowledgeable and great with recommendations. She also curated a unique experience presenting several authentic sides that I typically would not have experienced anywhere else here in the US. The cooked food was flavorful. The sushi was general plain though, not much depth or variation to the flavor pallet of what I tried (the omakase nigiri). I would have expected more from the sushi honestly, but overall still very happy with the experience.
