Great place and great food. Lovely atmosphere we loved it. We can't wait to go back again!
Still the best al fresco dining in the Valley. The beer garden is a treat when the weather is good.
Ocotillo is a great place to have Easter brunch with family and friends. Wonderful out door options
Extremely disappointed with our server. It took an hour for us to get our appetizers. THEN she put in our food order (even though we ordered everything from the very start - as we were in a slight time crunch). My only request was to bring the shared plates first... which seems like common sense.?. She knew we had a play to catch at 7. Not only did she wait to put our food in, she didn't put the whole order in. So half of us didn't eat. As we had NO time ! Literally insane.
We are outside in a great little area of the restaurant. Service was prompt and friendly. Great menu to chose from. Food was really good as was the dessert. Will definitely go back when visiting this part of Arizona again.
Food was excellent as was the service. Great Happy Hour Menu. However the area where we were seated was not very conducive to eating. Tons of bugs. We all got bit up. And flowers dropping into into our food and drink. No misters on either.
A1 brunch spot on the weekend

Ocotillo is still one of my favorite restaurants in the Phoenix area, after almost 10 years!
The restaurant is nice and upscale with an incredible menu and friendly staff!
I highly recommend the Mesquite Grilled Ocotillo Chicken or the Parpadelle Pasta!
Dietary restrictions: They were able to accommodate most dietary restrictions!
Parking: There is street parking to the front and north side of the restaurant as well as a parking lot to the rear!
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant does have wheelchair access ramps to the rear, however the front, main entrance does have steps leading up to the door

Came here on a Friday night for happy hour. I had eggplant meatballs & they were ok. I don’t remember the name of the drink, but it was good. Parking was free across the street.

My spouse and I walk past this restaurant often. There is always a nice crowd. Seemed like a nice atmosphere . I was excited to give it a try. However , one day we were walking our dog and there was a cat inside. That deterred us from ever trying this place.

New Management. Gracious hospitality from entry to service to exit. Quality craft cocktails, menu, Acessible and Diverse.
Kid-friendliness: Saw a few 8+ aged Kids who seem to appreciate dressing up to join the adults here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible entry @ inside you can get about well.

This isn't your typical burger place. The food here was fantastic!!! We thought that since we've never been here we'd try somewhere new for our 31st wedding anniversary. We ordered eggplant meatballs, porkbelly and fried cauliflower. The food that not only sounded delicious but tasted exquisite!!! The dessert was rum cake with strawberries and tres leches ice cream...oh my goodness out of this world...but like I always say "you don't have to take my word for it. Try it out for yourself."
Parking: Some street parking as well

This was our third visit and by far our most disappointing. While the food was still delicious - I get the eggplant meatballs every time! So good! The terrible service really distracted from the whole evening. We had to flag down our server multiple times. When our entrees were brought we told them that we were sharing they said ok and just walked away. We needed plates. Towards the end of our meal, our server took away the plates with food still on them and didn’t ask us if we were done. They didn’t ask if we wanted desert. We felt rushed. Maybe because we weren’t drinking alcohol so we weren’t running up a huge check? We like the restaurant but this visit was not the best. Some of the staff could probably just benefit from some additional training.
