Honestly the sandwiches are decent enough and the atmosphere is charming. It's a convenient place for my coworkers and I to get a sandwich, but truly it's a hit or miss.
They didn't want to switch out the ham for turkey in the sandwiches when I went and ordered in person because "That's how the sandwich comes" which was a little crazy and limited what I could eat off their menu. Not sure why you can't just switch the meats unless they aren't made fresh and come already prepared..
Their website is inaccurate as well, it will mark that a sandwich is their "Daily Special" and even discount it, but it doesn't not give you on option to pick out the chips/drink that are supposed to come with it. So when you order online and go in, you won't get your chips/drink even if you ordered the Daily Special. At least it discounts the sandwich though.
Dietary restrictions: They do not substitute meats even if you can't eat pork.

They need to update the description for the BLT. The other sandwiches list the Oil but the BLT just lists bacon, lettuce tomato and mayo. they put oil on mine and it not having the oil helped me make my choice but the the oil which ruined the taste also made the bread turn to soggy mush in the two minutes it took for me to get back to my office. I ordered online and there was not an option to subtract the oil because it was not listed. One bite and despite not having anything else to eat when I got back to the office it went to the garbage. I hate to waste food but I couldn't gag it down. I guess I will have to go back to ordering in person so I can make that request because it would have been great otherwise.

Stopped in here because my company is a vendor at the Capitol and had guys doing work there yesterday. I ordered the special of the day and the turkey sub was awesome. The bread was amazing and all the toppings were super fresh. The potato salad was really good. I have never thought about making it mashed when I've made it at home and I will from here on out. Service was fantastic. Glad my company could support a locally owned business that has been through a lot the past couple years.
