Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I always look at the positive and this is the first time I leave a negative review. I’ll start with the positive. The shrimp scampi with asparagus minus tomatoes is AMAZING. I also understand it’s a busy restaurant however leaving the restaurant and seeing 4-5 employees crowded at the front register. With the host… they should help out and take turns to check the restrooms maybe once an hour. To my knowledge there wasn’t other clients waiting to be seated. The Gnocchi soup had no dumplings. When we requested another bowl the server was polite. We weren’t the only ones to complain that the soup didn’t have any. Other tables as well. And the soup didn’t have any. 🥹😭 No need to apologize, I understand how hectic a restaurant can be. Hope next time everything will be in order. 😊

Just went in tonight for dinner with my man and our two kids. There was a busboy by the name of Jose, he was great 😃. He gave us some great laughs and a little story time that added to our lovely night. He gave us a few goodies on our way out, we so appreciate it!! Thank you for adding some fun and cheer to our family outing. Happy holidays to you and yours Jose ❤️

My daughter and I went to eat here last night mind we we always go to the one on 15th Ave and Bethany but this one was just not good my daughters soup had no chicken or what ever they put in the soup plus she had a hair in it we let them know so they gave her a salad to go I had a couple of bites of mine had the chicken cabanara there were a few hairs in that to and the taste was off. We asked for management all he said was we will take it off your bill and proceeded we have cooks and preps with hair nets blah blah it's like if you do then why is there hair all over so asked if I wanted another one I just told them no it was token off our bill . We also looked at the portion was very tiny like dang this is what you call inflation. But idk I did not like the out come watch your food rather go to another OG . Oh BTW the server was awesome but seemed stress as if she had a time frame to get things done.

One of the worst services I’ve ever received, the hostesses were jumping and playing around. We waited 30 minutes for a party of 9. Asked how much longer we would have to wait as they were letting different sized parties in. When we asked they said we had to wait another hour after they had said only 30. As we were leaving the boss and hostesses were pointing and laughing.

Server was nice. Stated she was seated 3 tables at once so we struggled to get drinks, salad and soup. Food was not it. Alfredo noodles were hard, chicken was way over cooked,dry and breading was rock hard. Soup potatoes were undercooked and hard. Was a bday dinner and didn't wanna bother with staff just paid and left

Place is clean and food was great but our server was AMAZING! If you can sit in the section with Adriana, definitely do! She was super sweet and was very attentive 🙏 She got a great tip from us.

Anna is an awesome waitress. Very prompt and friendly. The manager Jesus was very friendly also. The food was fresh and hot.

There was a hair in our food and now adult portions are half portions the hair was the fina straw,don’t even waste time coming here go to another location !

Worst olive garden ever, we always order soup to go, they gave us the wrong order, we had to drive all the way back, when we explained we needed the right order the manager had an attitude she didn't care, she made us the favor of get the right order and after, when we got home the soup we ordered barely had solids on it it was only broth, while the other one had plenty solids, very disappointing since we usually like this restaurant just not this location.

I love coming here. I've been coming here for over 20 years but today I was very disappointed. Was told it was a 10 min wait, turned into 25 min. No problem since it was busy. We were lead to a table but when I asked for a booth, I was told id have to wait another 15 min. So we stayed at the table yet, the 3 parties that were seated after us were given booths. Im sorry but the tables are uncomfortable and have terrible lighting. The booths are also more kid friendly, she knew we had 2 kids in party. I just find it rude and inconsiderate on her part.
