This place is awesome. Best vibe, coffee, and food in Phoenix after Lux Central.

This place was really good on multiple levels. Lots of millennial stares from employees, but food was awesome and the space was great. I will go back again and again..

Incredible pancakes, perfectly fluffy and so buttery. Solid pastries with a lot of choice and great coffee as well.

We tried each quiche and bothh were phenomenal plus they came with a beautiful lightly dressed salad. We are aiming to stop for breakfast again when we head out of town! Highly recommend. Excellent prices for the epic portions. We wanted to dive into the dessert case! But we behaved this time.

Sad that I discovered this gem as I am moving out of Arizona or this would have been a new regular. Some of the best breakfast I’ve had in a while. Fresh ingredients, super friendly service. Amazing experience overall. And the brown sugar latte was insane. 12/10 ! :)

Worth the hype and would go again, but here are some things I wish I knew before!

Parking is very limited and not intuitive. You can either park in a lot across the street next to circle K — (this will be your best bet),do street parking or do the parking lot closest to the highway adjacent to the building. There’s another lot on the other side of the building closer to the hospital that’s strictly owned by other vendors.

It’s fast casual but since it’s so busy with limited seating that makes the experience a bit chaotic. Would not recommend for large groups. I’d consider a group of 4 large. Indoor seating has mainly 4 top tables, and there’s only 5 stools for bar seating. Outdoor there are more table options but again mainly large tables. Expect to do communal seating/wait for a table on a weekend. I also think the fast casual setting makes staff less eager to help seat you.

That being said, despite all the inconveniences listed above —- the food was THAT good that we will absolutely be back !!!!!!! We typically don’t spend $ on breakfast but felt that both dishes were ones we couldn’t create on our own. Could taste the high quality ingredients !!

Food was good. Coffee was excellent. Really small space if you have a group since theres about 4 bigger tables inside and then bar seating. Then there is some tables outside with misters.

Parking is dumb. Which is not their fault. Theres a huge lot next to them but you cant park there. Ita reserved for a uniform shop that no one really goes to.

The staff was attentive and quick to serve. Wish that they took orders since the wait staff is there refilling waters and picking up plates and trash ect. It would be nice to tip them directly .

Can't wait for our next visit .

I was very impressed with this hidden gem. My self and my son visited this spot located around the corner from our Air B &B. I ordered the egg skillet with cream, herbs, cheese and mushrooms and served with toasted, buttered sour dough bread for dipping. It was one of the best breakfast items I have ever had! It was like five star dining quality. Delicious!!

My daughter treated me to breakfast at Ollie Vaughn’s. She and her husband love this place, and now I know why. Our experience was top-notch—food, service, atmosphere. We shared the chorizo burrito and blueberry pancakes. The coffee drinks were great too. Highly recommend! We’ll be returning for sure.
