We ordered Veg Pokara and Paneer Pokaro from Om Bistro today. We were told to wait for 25 minutes and when they bought the food it was cold

I rated this restaurant a long time ago, 1 star, and today also the same old disappointment. They don't care about their customers. Without updating Google time, they closed the restaurant for two days just because they had huge catering order. We drove from 20 miles and found that they were closed. Since we are pure vegetarian, we had only that option, and it looks like they are taking advantage of that monopoly.

We came all the way from Gilbert and it was closed on Saturday without any notice. Very disappointed management!

Indian is one of my favorite cuisines and OM has been one of the best that I've had in Phoenix. The food is amazing and the staff is always very friendly. The mixed vegetable curry is my favorite.

This experience was nothing short of a disaster. The food was terrible, and the manager, Kamlesh, was shockingly disrespectful. We paid $350 for a tasting for four people, but I would have preferred spending that on a loaf of stale bread over what we were served. The dishes were either overwhelmingly spicy or overly sweet, with no real flavor—just an overpowering mix of garam masala.

When we asked Kamlesh to reduce the spice level for our wedding guests, he dismissed us, insisting it was their "standard." When I mentioned that the laccha paratha was undercooked, he rudely responded with, "You don't know about food."

None of the food was edible, and we regrettably wasted everything that came to the table. I can't understand why they're considered a preferred caterer in Phoenix. I'd rather serve nothing at my wedding than offer this food to my guests.
