The service was good, however the steak was overcooked and not very flavorful.

We were staying at the hotel the restaurant is in. We ordered and waited and waited. Someone came over to us and explained that because one of us had ordered a large filet mignon it was taking longer. So, we waited some more! His steak was fine, mine was cooked the way I ordered but it wasn't even warm, we all got the wrong sides. The worst was my husband's burger , he wanted medium rare and it came out well, he sent it back, the second Wes well done AND the third time was also well done. He gave up and said forget it. How can a "chef" not cook a burger correctly? We noticed another couple seated near us, he sent his steak back twice while we were still there. Not a great Valentines dinner

I made a Valentine's Day reservation to this place and when I walked in I checked in said my name and my party. I came in by myself because my party was parking their cars. When my party came in they went to the bathroom and heard the manager ask our server. "Make sure to check their reservation. I booked on open table. Our server came by to verify my name THREE TIMES. It made us not feel the most welcome. To the point we asked about if there was a problem. The restaurant was not busy at all. The server spilled water on our table. They made mistakes with my friends drink THREE times. And said they were going to comp out drinks, but clarified they were not going to charge my friend for the two drinks they messed up. They said they were going to give us free chocolate covered strawberries, but come to find out they were complimentary. Don't go here. It's astounding to me they charged us at all for such a terrible dining experience.

I'm not a huge meat eater and wasn't terribly hungry, so I just had the scampi, which was excellent. The side of Yukon gold mashed potatoes was huge. The atmosphere is quite nice and the service was friendly. the only problem is that one can't take advantage of Happy Hour specials unless they are a hotel guest.

Not a steakhouse experience. $50 meal that should of costed $15. Avoid this place unless you want to be extremely disappointed. Will not be a return customer.

Excellent service . Did not need a reservation. The french onion soup was very good and the rib eye had good flavor. Not a great environment, but easy if you are staying at the hotel. We were seated at a booth with a fan running above us making it very cold. We were told the dan could not get turned off or the light would turn off as well?. Would not make a special trip here but works well for an easy hotel dinner.

The waiter made multiple mistakes, he forgot to bring butter, and sour cream with my baked potato, and we asked for another wine glass, he forgot and we had to remind him again. It was not until after my table had emptied our glass of water, that he noticed. The food was decent, but pricey for no reason other than the location is amazing. The decor is beautiful, and their bathroom is very clean. It is Christmas tonight, and for that reason I understand if they are understaffed, that is the reason I have to he generous with this review. My mother enjoyed their wine and that is enough.

I have had two completely different experiences here. I came here thursday night with one bartender, I believe his name was Ben, was super friendly. I took a seat at the bar during the hotels cocktail hour and got in line to order a drink. I tipped him $5 and he thanked me and told me he'd serve my drink at the bar whenever i needed more. He shook my hand and EVERYONE elses hand like a good bartender. I had Early times and diet, whiskey.. cuz you know "Early Times which is now sold in the U.S. cannot legally be labeled as a bourbon whiskey within the U.S., so it is labeled as "Kentucky Whisky"." This is what they had on display for the cocktail hour as the whiskey. The bourbon was another brand. Now tonight, Friday, it is a different bartender. I set my laptop at the bar and got in line. I ordered the same thing, whiskey and diet, and tipped this other guy $5 and watched as he poured canadian club whiskey instead of the Early times which is prominently on display as the cocktail hour whiskey. When I took the drink back to the bartop the bartender told me that it was only for paying customers of the bar and restaurant. I told him the hotel paid for my drinks but he said it was policy. I mentioned "the bartender didnt mind last night" and he just shrugged. I wish I could go take my $5 back cuz what an a******* F*** this restaurant and their policies which make no sense. Also no sign indicating this anywhere!

We sent some of the food back because it was cold. It's convenient for those staying in the hotel, but it's OK food at good food prices.

Late night dinnerWe arrived at the hotel late and still enjoyed a great dinner!!! Service was quick and we loved the food. Will be visiting again on our week long stay. The quesadilla was awesome.

The waiter was good but I found a piece of a plastic bag in my mashed potatoes, I was not offered any compensation. Thank goodness I had eaten my steak first...... otherwise it would have ruined my whole meal.

Just went for a couple of drinks after work. Ben the bartender was absolutely amazing. He called me by my name and was very attentive and friendly. This just might be my new after work spot
