After closing most locations and screwing many dedicated employees out of a job without any warning OTB is a heartless Company that doesn't need to exist.
On the Border Chandler Arizona. So typically, we get great service here but not so much this time. We came in end of lunch rush as I have worked food service before. It started with our both with a dirty seat and dirty table... no worries, this happens. There's a total of 3 tables in our server's area counting us.
