After closing most locations and screwing many dedicated employees out of a job without any warning OTB is a heartless Company that doesn't need to exist.

Service was ok. Large menu. Decor is good. Parking is fine. A little pricey

I had an amazing experience at On The Border Mexican Grill, thanks to our fantastic waitress, Katie! From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Her attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were exceptional, and she checked in with us regularly to ensure everything was perfect. Katie's friendly attitude and great service truly made our dining experience enjoyable. If you're ever here, make sure to ask for her – you won't be disappointed! Highly recommend this location!

Love it as usual. My favorite place ever for a good margarita, good food and great service. As I said before, we drove from PV just to have fun

One of my favorite places to eat. The queso chicken is the best. Highly recommend if you are looking for really good Mexican food.

Food was ok...there was corn in the rice and the taste of authenticity was not my best experience by far. The chips and salsa was very good

The service and atmosphere were good, and the place was clean, but the food was horrible. I do not like being mean, but I am going to be honest about this review. Everything on my plate tasted gross, the rice tasted like instant boxed rice, and it was not made from scratch. There was something about the meat, even the Taco was horrible. I ordered the sampler dish and everything didn't taste right. This was not fresh, authentic Mexican food, I was fooled by the looks and name of the restaurant thinking it was real Mexican food. I highly recommend that the rice be made from scratch, and use other spices on the meats. I can never recommend anyone to this place, it needs a big makeover on their foods. I didn't eat everything from my plate at the restaurant, I took some home, but I ended up throwing it away. I do admit that their chips were warm and tasty, but other than that, I will never go back.

On the Border Mexical Grill and Cantina offers a satisfying take on Americanized Mexican food that’s sure to please. The menu features a variety of familiar favorites, from cheesy enchiladas to flavorful fajitas, all prepared with a tasty flair.

The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. While it may not be the most authentic experience, the flavors are enjoyable, and the portions are generous. If you’re in the mood for a fun dining experience with delicious comfort food, On the Border is a great choice!

We didn't even get to sit down . As soon as we got there. There was nobody to greet us. The 2 girls there were just looking at us waiting and we waited about almost 10 mins to be seated AND to be greated when the place was EMPTY.
Then when the girl decided to see me staring back at her ,so she told another girl there, those are yours., about us. 😠🤔
Nope! Never going there . Not a real Mexican restaurant BTW. Not a Mexican in sight. Lol

White mom food & seasoning (none). Tasted like grocery store taco seasoning was used and food was clearly microwaved. Wish y’all the best tho

This is our first time trying On the Border. We had our order delivered. I know it takes time to make a delivery but here goes. I will start by saying that most everything was way over salted. May be from preservatives as I think maybe things are not from scratch. Empanatas were dry and salty. The tacos taste just like taco bell. Had chips and salsa that were really good.Black beans very salty. I ordered 8 empanatas but only received only 1 small container of queso. That was disapointing as the queso was really good as well. Tacos were also kinda of cold. If this is due to delivery time then maybe use styrofoam containers for to go items.I may be wrong but seems as though most of the food has been prepaired elsewhere then shipped in bags and reheated.
