We came here for some shakes after our workout. It was pretty dead for a saturday morning. The staff working were great and patient with us. They even told us about some deals to make our shakes cheaper. They did forget to charge us for o e which caused us to stay a bit longer, bit nothing crazy. The inside is super clean and pretty large. I don't feel squished walking around and checking out everything. Nest part They made our shakes correctly. Sometimes, that in itself can be a pain. Definitely check it out they have options for everyone. My daughter even gets a smoothie since they have kid options. You don't need to be a gym bro or power lifter to enjoy these products.

As a female unfamiliar with sports nutrition, I was hoping for some product information. Four men working, not one of them would help me with any of my questions. Had anyone been helpful, I would have purchased several items. I always try to support local businesses but I won't be back to this one.

Perhaps I will return to this area and if so I hope I can leave a 5 star review, as this place deserves it, all because the day I visited I was under particularly sharp attacks by the enemy, and his power grows and deepens its penetration into our daily lives. Everyone knows exactly what I’m talking about, even if you’re not a Christian it’s plain to see the forces of good and evil are pulling away further from each other and in my world that was true this morning when I wanted a smoothie. Working for Jamba Juice starting in Santa Monica nearly 20 years ago I got the book of the founder signed by him and my point is I know what a good smoothie tastes like and how to make them and when I entered One Stop I instantly felt better as I heard, then saw, a live version of “Way Maker” playing on their TVs, and noticed how organized and clean their store was. One of Jamba’s building blocks was “keep a really clean store” and this was exactly that. I looked over their menu and it was very user-friendly, but I like to know exactly what ingredients I get in a smoothie, words like “flavor” and “base” kind of complicate things for me, while they do seem to be just fine for most people because it’s the taste you really care about, and the menu had plenty of specifics like the exact amount of protein in each type of smoothie. In short, I wanted strawberries and orange juice and no frozen yogurt, and I got strawberries and frozen yogurt and no orange juice. A good smoothie is juice, fro yo, and IQF fruit, with optional nutrient supplement. However, one could just substitute the frozen yogurt with more IGF fruit and it’s almost the same. I preferred that, ordered that, but not before I made someone behind me wait unnecessarily as I didn’t have my payment method ready anyway and should have handled that before ordering. For that reason and the fact that I had to split my payment between 2 cards and was obviously spending the last dime I had, I was judged as can sometimes happen among the Christian community. As having been a part of that community myself and judging people by their surface looks myself I know it’s an easy mistake to make. But when I received a smoothie that wasn’t made properly and brought it to the attention of the very kind young man working at the store, instead of attempting to taste it maybe or otherwise trying to accommodate me, he assumed that I was lying or didn’t know what I was talking about but I know smoothies and the one that I got did NOT have Orange juice. I’m rarely in this area of Phoenix though anyway, so it’s likely I wouldn’t return to this location but I should have stuck with the McDonald’s smoothies if I am getting cheap service as well. But this store is an island of positive energy and cleanliness and an atmosphere you can feel I’m surprised they didn’t remake my drink but I wouldn’t trust me either so you should try them you will probably have better luck.

Went in an hour before closing time and the 2 guys sitting on the counter said they can’t makes shakes because they’re out of ice. Ok, so go to frys and get some ice. Horrible customer service sounds like some lazy employees to me.
