I just to enjoy coming and eating here but now I don't think I'll be back to this location. They seemed to keep over cook my food the last two times now. This last time I came today it was burnt. The thing that really top it off main reason is I saw a roach crawling near the sauces. This is not good. Im disappointed.

I had issue with an order placed on the Monday, prior to me returning that following Sunday. Which would be the conclusion and would resolve my issue. I placed an order for two chicken plates with extra vegetables. And received two pork plates instead. Due to religious and health issues and in fact I just had abdominal surgery a month prior. And was not able to eat that I was able to call in and they said that they would go ahead remake the place. Unfortunately I didn't get the messages near my talk to them and got Lost in translation that's the fact that I came in on Sunday instead of that same day. Though they couldn't find my information is still went ahead and honored that and the manager Bogar. The customer is always right attitude and just being sympathetic and kind went ahead and honored it without having something other than my word. Which definitely was me feel respected honored and cared for it I thank you very much to the staff and managers for being so diligent and resolving the problem efficiently I was compassion wonderful staff I hope everybody has an experience like that thank you very much and the food was delicious.

I called in requesting to speak to the manager on duty. I then reached Bogart! Bogart asked me how can he help? I explained to him the issue I had and he immediately took action. Bogart make sure that my complaints and concerns were heard and offered a solution! I am very satisfied with the customer service that Bogart provided! I will definitely be returning there again to get more food. Thank you again, sir!

I just got the worse service it’s embarrassing. The cashier is more invested in talking to her co worker behind the machines while I’m standing waiting.. and when I went back because my order was wrong she gives me a side …. ?? I don’t want the side I didn’t want veggies .. what a waste of food and service..

The service was noticably slow. But that's because they were slammed with online orders. The meal was top shelf. Barbeque Katsu mix. Prepared to perfection. Being busy is a good sign. Visit them or go online to order. They know their stuff.

I love this place from the workers Ari and Bagor might be spelling the names incorrect but they definitely went above and beyond for this restaurant. They are very hard workers and really great examples of how customer service should be. Will be back several times just because of these employees. Thank you Ono and staff
