First off, I’ve always liked this place and loved the food. However, that changed as of today. I ordered through doordash and as I’m eating my food, I go and take a bite of my food when a piece of hair fell onto my lip (it wasn’t) and I take it off, a dead. roach. A DEAD ROACH! Don’t eat here and I most definitely believe this place needs to be inspected immediately.

I love this place and enjoy the food. On my recent visit the sewer smell was awful and made me leave. When the sewer traps are crazy dirty and smelly, it makes me wonder how clean the place is!

I have been a federal registered food manager most of my life and this place should be shut down because of the lack of care on: how they prepare there food and how the serve it nothing but mushy fish and a sandwich with every bite u get nothing but either burnt or grissel.. I watch one of the cooks up against the wall eating on the line then not changing glove going over to mix what I think was coleslaw and then using same gloves to drop stuff into fryer which the oil you could tell had not been change in at least 2 weeks .. ick I will never eat here again and when u left the owner my number to call me he never did well it's his loss I Gould have at least given him advice that could have increased his sales and profit

I’ve gone to Ono’s for years but this was my first time at this location. The quality of the chicken was disgusting. We ordered a chicken katsu plate and about a quarter of the chicken pieces were edible. The rest were bright pink uncooked and veiny. Absolutely disgusting! It comes with veggies too and we got soggy cabbage and 2 pieces of broccoli. The cook staff were arguing loudly for the lobby to hear as well. Really gave a new meaning to “oh no!”
Need to work on their customer service skills. A friendly hello or thank you goes a long way. Food took longer than the other locations as well. Inside was fine but a little warm. I could barely feel the AC.

Usually like it here but this last time really screwed up my stomach. The cold Mac salad was put under the hot chicken and tasted awful, plus undercooked cabbage. Not sure if I'll be coming back any more.

I have been to most of the locations in Phoenix, and this one by far is the worse. The AC is broken, so at 110 outside, you can imagine what its like inside here.
Then,most of the drink selections are broken as well.

First. The food is here is just ok, and as someone who has been to SO MANY one's it is just THIS ONE the rest of them are fine, but sometime, every time I come here my beef is always overcooked. On top of that, their is only one good employee at this store, he always had energy and is amazing at customer service, the other ones do not care at all, they are tge slowest people ever and they will sit on their phones while your food is sitting on the counter behind them and if they took 2 seconds to look it would've been fine but it's so frustrating. I've had 4 people get their food ahead of me AND I ordered online, I was still sitting in that store for about 20 minuets. I love onos, but not this location it's just frustrating
