The bathroom was disgusting as soon as they opened. Got there right at 11 and the toilet was already full of green bodily excretions. Somebody needs to see a doctor.
No extra napkins out to get. Just felt dirty.

The cashier smiles but is hard to hear and doesn't have much personality nor does she offer much help. She'll answer your questions and she's nice enough but it behooves you to look at the menu on line first.
The chicken is so juicy you won't believe it. The beef was a little dry this time but it is usually on point. The musubi was perfect as usual.
The dining room tables were all clean! And there are both high and low tables available as well as booth like seating.

I can always go for Ono Hawaiian! Consistently good, my favorites are the chicken katsu & the beef kalbi shortribs, while my family likes the fish and the chicken teriyaki. The staff are generally well trained & professional, and the dining area and restrooms are always clean. Definitely try this place for a good reminder of the Islands!

We live 15 - 20 mins from this location. I order online to make sure everything I am ordering is correct and to have everything ready to go once I arrive. I shouldn’t have to double check my order open every bag and box to make sure all that I ordered is there. It’s is so disappointing driving so far to get home and see that I didn’t get what I ordered and then on top of that have to call and ask for them to make it right and they just offer to come and get the rice they forgot. Management needs to make sure their people that are packaging the ordered triple check beforehand. Lastly how are you going to get upset with me on the phone when I am just asking to make it right, insinuating I am lying that they forgot something. Moral of the story make sure you dig through your meals before you leave to make sure they can get it right.

Picked up the family 3 meats platter. We ordered teriyaki chicken, katsu chicken, and kalua pork. It came with rice, macaroni salad, and steamed cabbage and broccoli. Very good. The portions were big. We had enough for dinner and two lunches. The meat was juicy, tender, and flavorful! Highly recommend!

It’s okay I guess! No complaints! For fast food, it’s extraordinarily good. The flavors and quality are pretty good. The average expectations of a Hawaiian-style meal to a certain degree are met – as close as one can get in many respects on the mainland. I speak only of BBQ that is. Their renditions of Island Fire, Teriyaki, Katsu and Hawaiian BBQ Chicken are appealing. Also, the Hawaiian BBQ Beef, Kalua Pork and White Fish stand out somewhat. Our favorites though are: the Chicken Katsu Combo with rice, along with steamed cabbage and a decent macaroni salad; and the Chicken and Beef Combo also with rice, cabbage with macaroni salad. Pretty yum! I know they specialize in BBQ; it drives me to seek out some of the other Hawaiian delicacies which do not seem to abound much in the Valley. Pretty good job though! How about adding Loco Moco Ono?

The food is always good when I come here but this time around the communication was poor. I ordered the lava shrimp meal (TO HAVE VEGGIES INCLUDED)with a side of lava shrimp and veggies. The cashier suggested I change it to the special as it was cheaper and I would be getting the same thing. However no. She assumed I wanted all rice, no veggies. So now I’m sitting with 2 of the same meals full of rice and all they would do is give me plain dry side of veggies which is not how I wanted my food made, nor what I requested. So now I have 2 whole orders of rice that I paid for that’s not gonna get ATe because it’s not what I asked for. They even REFUSED to add the lava sauce I asked to be added. She made every excuse to not correct my food smfh! I’m noticing a trend with a lot of these restaurants where customer satisfaction is non existent. Won’t be returning here and will be recommending other locations over this one!

I decided to still eat my food regardless of my unhappiness. I DEF WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM!! Some of my shrimp were not properly deshelled I discovered as I bit and began chewing into one of the shrimps. #photo3
