Very welcoming when you go in. The workstation seems a little congested, too many employees in a small area behind the registry. It allows too much interaction and loses focus of the customer. The order should be the name based in that number based it causes a lot of confusion, especially when orders are being called mix matched Example order number 14 was Way after order number 17 18 19.
I still don’t think that there should be seven or eight employees behind the register...

They have several new employees with positive attitudes everyone greeted me with Aloha welcome in. I said Aloha right back. The cooks name is Ramon who hooked up my cabbage like back home in Hawaii. I'm part Hawaiian and this is as close to home as it gets. Thank you all I will be a weekly regular and Ramon is my new best friend he needs a raise.

The cashier smiles but is hard to hear and doesn't have much personality nor does she offer much help. She'll answer your questions and she's nice enough but it behooves you to look at the menu on line first.

The chicken is so juicy you won't believe it. The beef was a little dry this time but it is usually on point. The musubi was perfect as usual.

The dining room tables were all clean! And there are both high and low...
