I have ordered from this location a few times with doordash. The last few times I haven't gotten any of the sauces that come with it. I have been told by an employee last time that they put the sauces in normally. Very disappointing .

I ordered the mini chicken katsu from Ono Hawaiian and was extremely disappointed. The chicken was raw and completely inedible. When I tried to call the store at 9:13 p.m. to address the issue, the phone line said they were closed, even though their posted hours say they’re open until 10:00 p.m. Eating raw chicken is unsafe, and now I’m concerned about getting sick. This is unacceptable, and I highly do not recommend eating at this location.
