I personally enjoy the food. One thing I just don't get it's an Hawaiian food and mexicans make the food ?. So I took one good friends to eat it was their birthday so I decided why not Ono Hawaiian food. We got there and sadly one of the employees would not stop staring at my friends. They both know I am a little loud and arrogant at times. So, this employee kept staring at my friends because he is white and his wife is black. They are older than me, they both knew since I was 15 yrs old. Both of them are I their 70's. I see them like every day, do things for them without me asking or then telling me like yard work or take their garbage bins out for them stuff like that. Anyway back to Ono, I didn't appreciate the employee staring the entire time. I told the manager to watch his employee just staring at my friends..the place is ok to eat, food is good

Every time I've gone here it's always something, I go because I know not everyone is the same but this place it seems like they hire people that don't care., I found a hair in my meal, everytime I've gone they can never hear me and the chicken is either too cooked and dry or raw.

Don't go through their drive through. They have 2 lanes and no one took orders from the other lane. 4 cars that were behind me ordered and I couldn't leave because, drive thru - one way in and one way out. I love their other locations. Go there. Not there.

I used the drive through window after a gym session at about 9:15. The order took approximately 38 minutes. After waiting in the car I finally got my order and went home only to find out there was no salad dressing on my salad.

I ordered through the drive thru and the girl who took my order named Elizabeth was rude I asked for my food a certain way and then she proceeded to explain that the way I ordered it meant something else in a way that made it seem like I was dumb for ordering a certain way. It is okay for her to explain it but she can be nice and not talk in a degrading tone. When I arrived to the window I was getting my card so I didn’t realize she was already there and she stood there gave me a dirty look then she asked if I wanted sauce and didn’t even let me finish speaking and I was not able to say how many sauces I wanted. The food was good the service was not.
