My husband ordered katsu chicken upon returning home he noticed it was teriyaki chicken. I called and spoke to both Audrey and Maria at the Lake Elsinore restaurant and they said that it was he ordered. In all the years we have been eating there we only order Katsu chicken. Audrey proceeded to tell me my husband was hard of hearing and that is what he ordered. Very disrespectful and unacceptable. I hope no one else has experienced this- need to train personnel! I will never go back to the Lake Elsinore restaurant!

Ordered the family meal. Food is always good. Hawaiian BBQ chicken is the best. Casher had the same gloves on touching all the money and opening all the food containers.

I went to this location on Jan 31, 2024 at 9:40pm. I then waited in the drive thru for 25 mins because the line was long only to get the menu to place my order and the cashier then tells me that they are closed. I explained to her that I've been in line waiting for over 25 mins. I looked behind my car there were still other cars waiting. The cashier refused to take my order and sent someone outside to turn off the menu lights. This was so unprofessional, disrespectful and rude! I will never return to this location or any other location! This was my 1st and my last experience with this franchise! This location left a bad taste in my mouth..... I intended to spend $$$ this night.......

I have been coming here for years because the service is generally reliable and the food is tasty, however my recent experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. I order the chicken and shrimp katsu with cabbage and macaroni, I opted out of any rice and requested extra macaroni. To my surprise not only did I receive cold food, the shrimp was overcooked and instead of extra macaroni they gave me rice. Truthfully, I expected more from the establishment because I believed that they valued their customers. I have since requested a full refund and I am strongly contemplating if I should patron here moving forward. Please, do better!
