Never seen all of the ingredients on top of the pizza and on top of that they were barely cooked. I know they did not used to do this. Apparently, it’s been a couple of years since I’ve ordered a pizza from them and I will never order another one this is not Chicago Pizza by any means This is cheaply made crap that is premade ahead of time that they then load the veggies on and throw back in the oven that’s not pizza that’s garbage never again.!!!!!!! I will add that I was nice by giving you two stars because I was pissed off. I’m from Chicago. This is not Chicago Pizza. i’m going to also add that the manager bill that I spoke to on the phone said he was mailing me a gift card to make up for the raw ingredients on my pizza when I hung up the phone I felt good about this. I might mention I only live about half a mile or less from the establishment. I know it does not take five business days for mail but I got it today so maybe he just forgot. I’ve added a star to the original review for them taking care of the problem…..

I don’t like complaining or giving bad reviews, but today I went here and ordered food and a drink. First I waited on this server for 25 mins to even order when the place was not busy at all. I ordered a drink and watch it sit for 15 mins before I received the drink. Also I watch my food sit in the warmer window (which the warmer wasn’t on) for 20 mins before I received it and it was unfortunately cold at this point. Then the sauté chef came and ask me to warm the meal up. After waiting all this time. The audacity to even ask that is absurd. I will not be coming back after my experience. I’ve always been a fan of you guys and at this point not so much.

Server wasn't doing his job long w/the rest of the staff; had their backs towards us, seemingly avoided our table to help us w/refills or locating our server. Server's attitude made the whole dining experience unpleasant.

Glad we decided here as a last minute dinner decision. The bistro mule hit the spot, the cheese curds are a must, and the Caesar salad was fresh.
The wings are flavorful and the sausage deep dish hits like a Chicago pie. It is one of those places you can keep coming back to and know you will leave happy.
I’ve now eaten at two Oregano’s and it might now be my favorite Italian place. Food is set with very generous portions.
This Oregano’s had excellent service. Despite an error made, they went above and beyond trying to make up for the mistake. Things happen.
Atmosphere is one of the best parts of this. It’s just comfortable to be there. Feels welcoming. It doesn’t try to be a “fancy” restaurant like some other big Italian chains. They just great food with great service.

Outstanding service, food was on point. I have a love of the appetizers, and often have 2 or 3 of them as my meal. The shrimp, sausage A+ Had a girl luncheon with a bestie for Christmas. With appetizers her meal and appetizer plus cocktails and a great tip expect to spend $75. I'll be back!

Was super excited to try Oregano's after so many years! I was praying it was still good after recommending it highly to my mother and they did not disappoint. The service was a little slow, but this was due to not having enough staff. Our waiter, Freddie, was as attentive as he could be and was very kind. We decided our order of the Numero One-O, which came with sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, and Wisconsion cheese. Every bite of this pizza was amazing! I loved the balance and blend of meat to vegetables. This will be my go to pizza every time I am here!
We also got the parmessian broccoli, which was cooked to perfection and was delicious!
Only thing I noticed was that the pizza was a little cold when we got it. Still had tons of flavor and the toppings were fresh and on fire. However, minus one star for the following temperature. Will be back!
