I have been coming to Oregano’s for years and usually it is pretty good, but today was the first time I have been disappointed with the service. When I first walked in the hostess seemed fine but then her attitude changed for no reason and she seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. Then our server came to and she seemed annoyed as well, especially when we were not ready to order then we did order and brought out our food, I noticed the people behind were constantly getting checked on by several different servers, no one ever came to check on us until we were done eating, and it was not ever our server, it was not even that busy. I saw the hostess walk by our table twice never said a word and she seemed annoyed like she didn’t even want to be there. Over this was a disappointing experience and we will definitely not be back to this location anytime soon.

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal. A special thank you to the manager Mario, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made the experience even more memorable. I can’t wait to come back!

This is my boyfriends favorite spot for your pasta dishes. We usually come by once a month and bring family along to catch up. I can easily say the service is usually great as well as the food on our previous visits.
Today, I was completely appalled by the service from Marcus. We were seated on the patio and forgotten about for over ten minutes. It was hot outside and when the server (Marcus) came by my boyfriend made a remark about the wait and being really thirsty (mostly because he knew I was overheating) the server literally shrugged us off and asked what we wanted. We ordered everything promptly. The server seemed reluctant to take care of us and didn't show back up until we were half way through our meals. The rest of the wait staff was very friendly and helpful.
We saw the server just hanging out by the bar pass through, so even if it was a busy night, there wasn't an ounce of urgency or care from him. Someone else came to table touch when we finished our meal and had been waiting awhile to order a dessert. We had mentioned the unremarkable service and she kindly offered to help order our dessert. Our server came out very shortly after this making a comment that he heard something about us not liking the service then dropped the check before we fleven got out dessert order. He came by again to return the check after we paid, but only ever completed one table touch. He was rude, uncomfortable, and failed to understand social cues.
I am reluctant to the idea of returning based on this experience and would encourage management to staff people who are interested in bringing enjoyable or atleast decent service instead of treating customers like burdens to their day.
It doesn't matter what industry your in there will always be situations that arise that are not ideal for the customer. Our lunch today at Oregano's started that way and while the exact details aren't necessary I can say that the management staff more than handled the situation. Good leaders owns their mistakes and do their best to rectify the situation. Thank you Oreganos for doing everything they could to leave a good impression on me. We will definitely be returning customers.

The parking lot was small the wait was long. I doubt this location will last too long. The menus were dirty, the restaurant was hot. If it wasn’t for our waiter, bringing us constant drinks, new vendor we would’ve sought. The food took a while, no coloring for the kids. An etch-a-sketch was provided, for which my youngest called dibs. Why did I rhyme this review, I do not know. Perhaps to get even for an anniversary meal rated so low.
