Upon my first visit to this location I was denied service.
I am a diabetic and had just left the a Drs appt that I had a fasting blood test.
The chop shop is basically in the same parking lot as my Drs an office so I pulled in as I was experiencing low blood sugar and needed something in my stomach immediately.
I order and hand the cashier a $10 bill and she said, we are cashless.
I explained I dont have a debit card my card was fraudes yesterday all I have is cash at the moment and all she said was sorry and turned me away.
You raise your prices to pay for credit card fees and then you refuse legal tender that doesn’t cost anything for you to take and you deny service to a sick person.
This place doesn’t give a care about people only their liberal lunatic cashless policy.
Don’t go here.

This menu was such a welcome alternative to IHOP, Denny's, etc. Trying to remember exactly what I ordered, but the online menu seems to be missing some items. I think it was a sweet potato hash with egg dish, and the staff were happy to cook my eggs to order. The guac was fresh and zesty. The texture of the tortilla was a little stiff. There was a person tending to the live plants while I ate. Someone takes care to put fresh flowers out. Nice!

We enjoyed Açaí Bowls, cookies, and the Chicken Kale Sandwich.
The latter is the reason I’m writing this review.
In my 30+ years on this Earth, I have never reviewed a food item. Nor have I ever felt the desire to. However, if I were to review the Original ChopShop based on this single item, I would say:
The warm, toasty bread was like a comforting blanket on a cold winter morning. The chicken was tender and flavorful, as if it had been prepared with the care of a mother pigeon feeding her young. The kale was so fresh it felt as though Aquaman himself had handpicked it straight from the ocean’s edge.
This was a delightful treat, and one I would definitely return for.
Not that I would ever write a review for this place, but if I did… that’s what I would say. :)
