First timer here, trying to eat healthier, so I decided to give this place a shot.
Placed a to go order and had no issues.
I decided to try the green curry chicken bowl and I’m so glad I did! I ordered it with half jasmine rice and half sweet potatoes and I’m very satisfied with the flavors and especially satisfied with the portion size.
I got the slim squeeze drink, and the only complaint is that it looked weird as it was completely separated when I went to pick up my order. Other than that, not a bad drink! Very refreshing for sure!
Regarding the cost, I feel that my meal was absolutely worth it !

Original ChopShops in Dallas are very well run, so I expected the same. This location not as clean as I am used to. Food was average. Group of sports kids were loud, which not restaurants fault. Disappointing but I will get over when I visit in Dallas.

First time there was terrific. I had the grilled steak sandwich

Staff is somewhat friendly to very friendly, depending on who you talk with. Options are sufficient, even though many similar restaurants offer some more items on the menu (in terms of toppings for example). Nonetheless a great place to eat healthy. Would return.

I come to this location a few times a week for a salad. I use the app to place my order and it's always ready when I arrive and they put the utensils, straws and napkins right in the bag, which I find very helpful.

I love the menu variety. My favorites are the acai bowl and the piña-kale-ada. The service is great. The server go out of their way to make sure you are noticed.

I’m extremely disappointed with the Paradise Valley location. After waiting 50 minutes, I called only to be told I’d have to wait another 35 minutes. Supposedly they use DoorDash — frankly, I don’t care. I was given a time and they failed to deliver.

This was my first and only order from this place. Whatever happened to courtesy calls? The customer service is horrible. I’ll be going back to Salad and Go.

Beware buyers: especially if you’re diabetic — your blood sugar could drop to dangerous levels because the food isn’t delivered when promised. On top of that, I was told by the manager it takes 1–5 business days to get a refund. Totally unacceptable.

I ordered the Scottsdale Cobb and it was delicious too bad I had to dump out half of it to make sure I had enough dressing.

The management team went ABOVE and beyond to help my very young son who lost his retainer while at dinner with his grandpa and sister. I brought him back and the manager saved the day- and my monthly budget! Shows commitment to the customer and deserves the time I don't have to write this review. The food is good too! Love the kids meal pricing.

It's a little bit expensive but it's very good. Food is prepared well It is very tasty. Their stevia lemonade is sour enough to melt brick. Very very good
