I just discovered this place on 32st and Campbell. The Staff are so friendly, kind and welcoming. My first visit was so cool I’ve been back several times. Food is great and prices are wonderful. Easy ordering on line and payment options are available. Love this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My mom and I got take out from here last night. The food was good, but both of us woke up the next morning with food poisoning!!! We have been sick all day! Very unfortunate because I do like ChopShop, but will never go back after this.

The food was not great. The restaurant asked me to provide specifics (fair request) so I will here:
- I had the Korean steak bowl. The meat was lukewarm. Neither cold nor hot, but not a temp or flavor that made me excited to finish it. The overall flavor of the bowl was also just…not 5-stars. Or even the 4.7 stars that got us to the ChopShop in the first place. It wasn’t particularly distinctive or well seasoned. The rice was drier than I like. Does that mean other people won’t like it? No idea. I didn’t love it. That’s my review on my bowl.
- My wife had a salad with beets. There were surprisingly few non-lettuce items in the salad - both by type and quantity. The dressing was pretty neutral and the salad was actually well dressed (not too much, not too little dressing).
Both bowls were maybe 85% of what I would have expected on quantity for the price we paid. Just a little underwhelming on flavor and amount. The ingredients all seemed very fresh, though, to ChopShop’s credit.
We went with the recommendation of the gal taking orders. We weren’t ecstatic about the food. Totally understand that we’re not the only patrons or reviewers and that there are other folks who love this place. We weren’t big on it.

I had the most beautiful experience with one of the sweet employees named Gina. She was positive, attentive, friendly, and even remembered me from my last visit down from where I live in the Sedona area. Her kindness the last time I came in was one of the reasons I chose to come back to this place to eat again this visit to Phoenix, and there are lots of options!! This place is a great experience anyway, and she made it even better! I imagine she is recognized for this often, because she stood out for sure!

I did Uber eat my order for it to arrive prior to my break. I ate it about 30 mins after it arrived.( which is by choice) The food was amazing it was my first time trying it! Def a great healthy option I will be ordering it again I wish there was a location slightly closer to home. When I need a quick option thats healthy this place is great. The steak bowl tasted amazing, the quality of meat was really good. I have a lot of issues with food allergies and finding a place to eat is really hard. I rarely do food reviews which means I really loved it. Overall I want it again!! Lol
