After a horrible no service experience a few minutes before across the way at Eggstacy (sorry I originally wanted breakfast), we walked in for lunch. I'm glad I went for lunch! While the salad is just salad, my eggplant Parmesan panini was well made with a nice crisp to the eggplant. The bruschetta was well made and all 3 options were tasty! I even finished my wife's chicken Marsala, which had a great flavor to it! I've only visited a few times in the past. I need to come here more often! Everyone should give it a try!

Everything was five star. The food was excellent and our server, Brodey, was wonderful. He was very personable and attentive. He will definitely be one of our reasons for returning! Thank you !

In fairness, our waitress was a solo act for the better part of our dining experience. Bless her for her tenacity and grit while her front of the house coworkers did not see fit to come in until almost 90 minutes after we arrived. We were getting our dessert to go when another waitperson arrived. The food was, as always, fantastic! I had the New Year special Osso Bucco, oh mylanta it was the best ive ever had save Nonna's. We had apps and other dishes off of their main menu, also, always perfectly executed.

Visited on 11/29. I ordered the Frutti di Mare, but the noodles were all stuck together and clearly undercooked. Initially, the front-of-house staff handled the situation professionally by informing the kitchen and bringing us a replacement dish. They also mentioned that a discount would be applied at checkout.
However, when the bill arrived, there was no discount shown. We decided to let it go, but things got worse afterward. We wrote a total of $69 including tip on the receipt, yet our credit card was later charged $69.27.
Although the difference was only $0.27, this left a very bad overall impression. Between the food quality issue, the unfulfilled promise of a discount, and the incorrect charge, the experience was extremely disappointing. We will not be returning.

Honestly my husband's and my favorite date night spot nearby. The food is so fresh and so good! The pasta is made in house fresh and you can tell. The pizzas are divine in their wood fire oven. Good selection of wines and a decent charcuterie board. Haven't had a bad item here yet.
The ambiance is great in the evening for a romantic date, and we have even gone with our toddler in the late afternoon, of course he got pizza and loves it.

A good Italian joint in North Phoenix. I had the lupara and it was very good, although my colleague did not like his meal. For me, I'd recommend it!

Ah man, this was a disappointing visit. We’ve been to this restaurant three times now; once it was very good, once it was okay, and this time it was quite disappointing and we will likely not make a return trip. We came in at 4pm when it was quiet and were seated right away, but waited over 30 minutes for the appetizer to arrive; during that time, our waiter was just walking around and moving tables and chatting with coworkers. He never updated us or asked to take our food order or check in at all. Finally the artichoke appetizer arrived, and it was not hot - I don’t recommend ordering this from this restaurant. I’ve had artichokes plenty of times and was shocked that this one still had the choke in it, which is not edible and should be removed before serving - bizarre that it was covered in cheese and pancetta but we had to push all of that off the artichoke to remove the choke. When we did, the artichoke itself had very little “meat” on it; I would not have ordered it had I known the experience would be like this. The waiter who brought it out was not our actual waiter, but we asked her to put our food order in because by then we were starving and getting irritated with the wait. She was super kind; our waiter was nice as well, but completely inattentive. The grilled Caesar salad didn’t even seem like it was grilled; the tops of the romaine were kind of wilted and brown but the rest was just regular lettuce. My husband’s pizza was decent so that was at least a silver lining. I hate writing reviews like this, but sadly it was enough of a letdown to warrant it.

It took them 30 minutes to even get a server to come to our table. We asked to be seated outside because the inside was so noisy. Our table outside was under a broken heat lamp, which was so loud we couldn’t even hear each other talking and we sat next to each other. My pasta was a two out of five. I ordered a side of broccolini and it didn’t come out to the table until right before dessert. We had both already finished our dinners. This restaurant was suggested to us by a local and we were excited at the prospect of a lovely meal, but it turned out to be a bust. I would not recommend.

I catered the food from Osteria Mia for my private retirement/birthday party. Mario was so helpful in selecting and suggesting which pasta dishes to serve. Mushroom ravioli was everyone's favorite. The rest were just as top notch delicious. Brussels sprouts, excellent. He also had a vegan option. Thank you Mario and your staff!!
Soooo tasty!

There were chicken bone shards (I hope) embedded in the pizza. But that's not the issue - there are always accuracy issues with the order. The ingredients have a lot of potential, but the makesmanship is killing it.
