Food was terrible. We used to really enjoy PF Chang's but this was the worst meal. Items that we ordered before had an off taste. We spoke to the manager and was told they change the menu and recipes every six months and that was that. We left without finishing our food and do not expect to return.
Two kinds of sushi rolls on the menu.
Delicious š

Alright, this review is for my experience on May 13th 2024 as well as my most recent visit here. I was celebrating my birthday with my family and it was such a fun experience. We recently had one of the best servers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, they were so funny and relatable with everyone at our table, I truly appreciated their hospitality and personality. Iām always unsure about what to get when we come here because itās kind of like DimSum where you can share your entrees but you donāt have to. I typically order my fail safe, which is sweet and sour chicken and brown rice, itās pretty good. They used to have a water chestnut chicken dish and my dad would order it off menu but they just removed it all together from the store (SAD). Itās a great environment for both big groups and small meetings. We enjoy coming here.

Food was extremely salty today. Service was OK. Music too loud and place was empty, but you sat folks right next to us. Spread folks out and give other servers a chance. I think our server was new. Reaching over, not going around the table to serve. He only filled my water, but not others, Set the tray down so you can serve dishes properly instead of trying to balance it. Extremely, lucky that I wasn't wearing lunch.

It really was the food that dragged this down for me. This was my first experience going to p.f Chang's. I had heard of the restaurant but I had never been and therefore I did not realize that it seems everything on their menu is very hot. I ordered teriyaki chicken because everywhere I have ordered teriyaki chicken is sweet. This was not! This turned out being so spicy my lips were numb and my tongue was burning. So I don't know if you're supposed to just know to ask for things not spicy. I thought that was inherent in ordering teriyaki. Flavor wise I guess it was okay but because I do zero spice this made it for an expensive unpleasant trip. Then we needed the receipt to be redone and our server could not figure out how to do that. Brought them back they were still not correct. So we had to go up and get a manager to help us get the receipts straightened around properly.

Andy was our server on Valentineās Day and I must say he made the evening a great dining experience. He was cordial, attentive, and looked after our every need. He did so in a delightfully personal way that made the experience memorable. Canāt say enough about Andy. He made the evening.

Where not to like?! Your food flavor is great, your staff is friendly and attentive, and the location is well maintained, clean, and welcoming Only āeven better ifā: last time seemed like the āto goā portions where smaller (lunch menu) than the dine in version of the same (both ālunch menuā... just a thing to consider. Thank you!
They didnāt bring my food, it took them nearly an hour for a check. They broke glasses. The food was cold

Very over priced for the food you get. The food was not very good either.

It's been a while since I've been here and was disappointed to see thet "Shrinkflation" has hit the portion sizes and the Lettuce Wraps didn't seem as good as I remember, also something was different about the Mongolian Beef dish (both are my favorites)...
Not Bad, but not as good as usual ?
Overall it was OK....Maybe I'll go to AH SO next door next time

The food here has really gone downhill. I used to really love this place. It's just okay now. I would not recommend it and would only go if I was pleasing a friend and they loved it. They no longer have beef a la Szechuan which was the best ever. Everything else I have tried has just been okay. That includes the lettuce wraps, hot and sour soup, Kung pao, lo mein, sesame chicken, and Mongolian beef. The spring rolls were DISGUSTING and luckily my waiter was nice enough to remove them... The waiter was nice, but too busy.

Nothing special. Food was good, prices were higher than they should be for product. Service, although not busy at all, was very average. Overall - disappointing.
Ramon is excellent! Love him!
