For some reason, ALL P.F. Chang's have a disconnect where they are not aware of reservations made through Open Table. We had this issue at another location, but didn't realize this was at all locations. The other locations at least attempted to be sympathetic, but this location had a hostess that gave a strong, “Oh well. So sad, too bad.” attitude. Even though the restaurant appeared quite empty, she said we'd have to wait and she would try to get us a table. No explanation - that maybe they didn't have servers on yet, that maybe reservations they DID have on their books left few tables, NOTHING! The food was good, as always, and our server was great and ALMOST made up for the hostess. We will not be going to this location again because of her, and have learned that apparently we NEED TO CALL! for a reservation next time we want to enjoy P.F. Chang's.
I made a reservation and when I walked in was asked to wait for 15 minutes while others were seated before us. When I questioned the hostess about having to wait when I made a reservation, she did seat us next, -right outside the busy kitchen entrance- worst seats in the place. We ordered the Chef Special with 3 courses. The main Course of Teriyaki Chicken No Longer Comes With Vegetables. These must be added for an extra Charge. We had the egg drop soup which lacked flavor. The fried pork dumplings were good. Overall we think that the quality of food has decreased in recent years.
Two out of our party ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken which has always been one of our favorites. This night however they made them spicier with red pepper oil. One of our party cannot eat spicy foods and had to send it back to be remade. They said they put a rush on it to be remade but we didn't get reserved for quite some time....until the rest of our party was finished eating. One of the things we normally like about PF Chang's is their consistency but this wasn't the case this time
Hi. We checked in with our open table reservation onTime and was told to wait a few moments for our table. After waiting 20 minutes and confirming with other coming in without a reservation being seated before us I asked the front desk if we were going to be seated. She asked for our name again and said, she forgot about us since our reservation was written down. Got seated, our server was busy with other tables. Food was good and served quickly.
Waited 30 mins in curbside for a cup of soup. Called twice, texted. Server admitted that it sat there.

If I could give 0 starts I would but not able to. Went to lunch after a hard day of work only to wait 30 minutes to be served and he did he was rude and tossed the menu at us and someone else would take care of us. We left and had to find another place to eat after all that wait for nothing!

Pf Changs has good food. 99% of the time its consistent.
My favorite is the Mongolia Beef but all the dishes are good. Can't go wrong.
The only downside is ordering to go. We have ordered 3 times recently and all 3 times we get home and order is not correct. Some things missing.
They're were a couple other people ordering to go at the same time as us.
Everyone was frustrated with the person taking the order. Not understanding a simple order, then not getting it right after all that.
Other than that, dining in is normally all good. Service normally good.

This isn't our usual P.F. Chang's location, so we were a bit skeptical at first, but they absolutely exceeded our expectations. Tatiana was fantastic: kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we were taken care of. Cody, the GM, clearly runs this restaurant well; he personally ensured our experience was top-notch. The food was excellent. The spare ribs were incredible, the sesame chicken was delicious, and the chicken lo mein was perfect. They also followed all of our special modifications flawlessly. Overall, an awesome experience! Highly recommended.
Most of us ordered the dinner specials and they all were very good. I had the crispy honey chicken and would definitely get that again. One in our group got a sushi dish and he really enjoyed it. Price was very reasonable and the wait staff was great. We even had to move our reservation out another 30 minutes due to traffic and they were very accommodating to us.
Tired of going in Changs and waiting for 10 minutes after we are seated for someone to help us. This is occurring more and more. This time we got up and left.
Our waiter Danielo was the worst waiter I have ever had at the location. It took almost 40 minutes for us to get a bowl of soup and it was not busy. We had an 11:30 reservation that the hostess said we didn't have until i showed her my confirmation. I-took a friend here for her birthday and it was very disappointing. Some other person delivered our entrees to the table ?..
