For some reason, ALL P.F. Chang's have a disconnect where they are not aware of reservations made through Open Table. We had this issue at another location, but didn't realize this was at all locations. The other locations at least attempted to be sympathetic, but this location had a hostess that gave a strong, “Oh well. So sad, too bad.” attitude. Even though the restaurant appeared quite empty, she said we'd have to wait and she would try to get us a table....

I made a reservation and when I walked in was asked to wait for 15 minutes while others were seated before us. When I questioned the hostess about having to wait when I made a reservation, she did seat us next, -right outside the busy kitchen entrance- worst seats in the place. We ordered the Chef Special with 3 courses. The main Course of Teriyaki Chicken No Longer Comes With Vegetables. These must be added for an extra Charge. We had the egg drop soup which lacked flavor. Two out of our party ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken which has always been one of our favorites. This night however they made them spicier with red pepper oil. One of our party cannot eat spicy foods and had to send it back to be remade. They said they put a rush on it to be remade but we didn't get reserved for quite some time....until the rest of our party was finished eating.
