I wasn’t planning to end up at Pa’la; now I’m planning on bringing everyone here. Hidden spot, humble vibe, top-notch food that totally overdelivers. Consider this your sign to take the detour—your taste buds will send a thank-you note.

Good food, good atmosphere, service was wonderful. The cocktails were only 3 stars, don't love the gin they use.

A very memorable dinner. The two of us shared 5 small plates, 1 entree (blackened cod) and a dessert. Every dish involved an imaginative combination of ingredients and flavors, giving us plenty to talk about and savor.
Lots of tapas. Good premade cocktails. Delicious fresh food! The pictures says it all

First time at this location, food is just as delicious as the dt spot. Parking is easy to find, right behind the restaurant. Service is on point, the patio is also very cute. Went with signature 4 course testing menu, appetizers have amazing and balanced flavor, grilled fish is always a great choice at Pa’La. Can’t wait to come back to try their lunch menu.
Had a great dinner here, we chose the 6 course dinner and all of the courses were delicious! The ambiance on the patio was perfect and the service was great.
We had a fantastic lunch - the food and service were both amazing. Every dish we tried was better than the last. The ingredients are locally sourced and delicious. Brittney was our server and she was phenomenal.
Came in tonight for a date with my wife. The food and service was wonderful. Our waitress, Brittany, was welcoming and helped recommend a few items we wouldn’t have tried, as well as helped us choose some wines that went great with our foods In particular, the hakurei turnips from the specials menu were fantastic. As my wife said “I didn’t know I liked turnips!” Loved the flank steak and Japanese sweet potatoes too.
Small but amazing menu. Outstanding service in a cozy environment! The outside deck is lovely!
Experience was fantastic with gap in enjoyment.
Every dish fired individually and served individually, that includes your sides, so you get potato first, 20 min later your steak.
Appetizer come after your main course.
Each party on the table gets their food at different time, every dish photo posted came out with minimum 10 min up to 25 min of another one.
Excuse is don't want the food sit in the kitchen and come out fresh, my explanation would be poor timing as our order come as one, doesn't makes sense food come out seperate with 10-15 or even 20 min later... And yes I've worked in kitchen, I've managed restaurants and yes been to culinary school!
Food was delicious, serving sequence was frustrating.
Decor and design is beautiful and my favorite style of restaurant.
We will definitely return.
Anticipate $100 per person if you are hungry!
Server was nice, friendly and welcoming!

Everything was excellent! Only here for a week and will likely be back at least once.
Great neighborhood restaurant! Only fresh ingredients! Great patio for outside dining!
Never been here.. we were headed next door to wren brewing on 24th and wanted some food… WOW!! This place kicks ass!! Really cool interior, great deck, great service when I stopped by to grab our grub. Ate it next door, but the next time we’re in the area.. definitely eating here. Wow, great flavors, spice…. I kept going on about how happy that I was eating something other than ANOTHER friggin’ burger and fries!!! Then while eating them, some guy sitting at the bar asked how we liked the food… lo and behold… Ryan and Austin were there.. from Pa’la!!! Great place. Check it out!!
Found this place randomly while traveling for business. Our server Brittany was very accommodating to our group of 5 that weren't too familiar with Tapas dining. Highlights were the turnips and the Japanese sweet potatoes. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a quick trek away from the airport in Phoenix.
We have gone twice to their 24th Street location, and each time has been a treat. We get seated quickly and the service is attentive and educational, providing facts about where the food and wine has been sourced, and letting us know about the portion sizes. On our most recent visit with friends, two of us shared a 4-course curated menu with wine and the rest of us ordered small plates to share. I'd recommend everything on this menu.
