Waited almost 20 minutes for 2 iced lattes when there was no line. Overall the baristas energy was very pretentious and had no sense of urgency. The drinks are pricey for the size and taste. Nothing special about the drinks

It’s a great atmosphere, very little sitting, waiting takes a little longer than expected and for the price the expectation of better customer service should have been a given but felt like any other coffee shop.

The food and coffee/drinks are average and they tried to get us to clean the bathroom because they thought we used it and messed it up. We did not even use the bathroom!

The vibes were great. They had really cool art pieces on display and the indoor/outdoor open concept made the side feel really open.
I ordered one of their specialty lattes and a coffee cake. The drink came within about 10 minutes and my food (which just needed to be played took about 20 minutes) Similarly to other reviews, I can't during a lower point of activity and slowly watched as others received their order in full. After some time waiting I went up to the counter to ask about it. Immediately I noticed my pastry sitting on the back counter. Eventually, it was brought out to me.
In agreement with some other's reviews, the customer service was lacking. I felt like I was being judged the entire time I was there and it seemed like everyone either didn't want to be there or just weren't friendly.

I waited for my coffee for 20 minutes. There was no line. Nobody said sorry or anything. And the coffee was not even good :(

Have visited a few times now, I really enjoy their matcha and the pastries are delicious. However I don’t go here more often for two main reasons: the service is never great, always anticipate waiting 10+ minutes for your drink (even if you’re the only customer) and the prices are very high. The product is really good but the overall value of the experience is brought down by the service not matching the price point.

Coffee is decent, but waiting 30 mins for a basic espresso drink is too much. I get it, you're going for a too cool to work hard vibe. I've been to plenty of 3rd wave shops and never experienced such apathy. Not for me.

Summary: decent coffee, but with lackluster service and little care for customers. We have tried many third wave coffee shops but this one in particular was a bad experience. Go elsewhere if you’re in Phoenix.
Full: We came at 11AM on a Saturday, and there was no line. We got two simple drinks (iced matcha, hot latte) and a pastry. The tip screen begins at 20%, and there was a bit of sticker shock to see everything add up to almost $25! We were seated, and waited. Fifteen minutes pass. We gradually watched other people order and get their drinks. No worries we figure, maybe they’re waiting to get everything out at the same time. Another ten minutes pass. Okay, I’ll go ask the person up front about our order.
There was no apology. No “oh sorry, let us comp you for that”. She stared back at me and said “they’re working on it”. Five minutes later the drinks and pastry come out. The latte was fine, the matcha tasted powdery and bitter as if it had been rushed.
This was disappointing to say the least, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Snob coffee shop that has all of the purpose for you to leave, if you don’t have interest in dealing with clients, open a window instead.

The drinks and atmosphere are great! Service can be hit or miss - the people just don’t feel warm or inviting at times. I’ve also had many issues with their hours where they state they’re open, but they’re closed. This morning I’m standing in front of their beautiful glass entrance and there’s a guy inside who is looking at me and two other ladies but isn’t unlocking the doors or checking to see why we’re out here when it is 8:30 am and their hours indicate they opened at 8:00 am. I’d love to frequent this place more often if they were open and service were better.
When the doors were finally unlocked, he didn’t acknowledge us in general or that we had been standing outside while he walked back & forth for 15 minutes.

I’m from out of town and love to visit different local coffee shops. Futuro was worth the stop. Love the minimalist feel. However I feel the customer service/friendly vibe could be improved. It wasn’t the best cajeta latte I’ve ever had, but it wasn’t a total disappointment either.
Only one barista and slow as a broken coffee maker. Waited over 30 for a regular latte. 7$ mini cup. Much better places in Roosevelt row.. customersl were leaving in line. Never again.
