Good coffee however tainted by the rudeness of one or the employees. I was greeted with “just so you know it’s a 12 minute wait”. I said no worries. She kept saying to the other employee we need to stop after the order we are backed up. I just finished a hike and drove out of my way to try this coffee shop. I would have waited for as long as needed. That is never an issue for a good coffee shop. I watched as she laughed and joked with the other employees and another customer maybe a regular. When she came out with my coffee on the tray the greeting was not pleasant. I saw her smile and warmly greeted others. When I have this experience it makes me want to throw the coffee out because it taints the entire experience. Not sure this is a place for black people since I was the only black person there and the only one treated this way. The employee that rang up my coffee was very nice and consistent.

I got a Sucia (horchata with espresso). It’s lovely. The espresso pull was smooth, horchata perfect, not too sweet, great consistency. The atmosphere is so fun: part cafe part museum with gorgeous art. I got mine to go, but the “here” glassware is pretty, good presentation

A unique atmosphere as Futuro shares space with salon and art gallery. Futuro mainly serves Sey coffee. Their seasonal drinks are creative, and they have pastries as well. Service was friendly and welcoming, not feeling rushed to order.

This isn’t fast coffee or forced small talk. Everything is made slowly, thoughtfully, and with care. Just like the space itself. And that’s what makes it so special and unique in Phoenix 🤎

Superb. The time they took to do the craft justice and ensure the beverage was designed beautifully before walking it to you on a wooden board. Love you all.

Futuro always has friendly service and amazing coffee. Cappuccino shown at the bottom and Mar shown on top. They take a while to make your drinks so I wouldn’t recommend if you are in a rush. The inside has some sick art but the chairs are uncomfortable and it’s a bit too sterile to chill or do work. I got two danishes: some sort of berry and custard one (left) and a mocha type one (right). The berry flavor doesn’t come out in the danish, it’s mostly the custard. The mocha danish had a coffee taste and chocolate chunks inside it was magical. Both were delicious but seven whole dollars!! That’s a bit much for me…

This coffee shop is at another level for its excellent taste of coffee and the vibe. Literally like a small art gallery! Love everything about it!

Very cool space, unfortunately overshadowed by small town people who think they are better than their customers. Waited twenty minutes for two coffees with no one in front of us. Felt like they purposely made us wait, as it was hard to understand what they could have possibly been doing otherwise?? You are not Rick Owen’s, you pull espresso for people in Phoenix…Be kind to people.

Come here several times a month for Americanos. Never had a bad one which is exceptionally weird. I’ve had overly bitter/ashy espresso drinks from all my favorite spots. I can taste the notes from the packaging sometimes here which is really nice. Also the pastries are award winning chef so exceptional and consistent.

A lot of places criticize the service but I get my drinks and pastry within 4-10 minutes. I think if you vibe like an entitled narcissistic they probably don’t have any issues being rude to you. Judging from some of the reviews that’s what we’re seeing.
