Extremely expensive! Paid $50 for two coffees and two pastries which were stale and dry. The atmosphere is pretty nice, but it is very overpriced and not worth it. I’m all about supporting small and local businesses but this was not it because the coffee wasn’t even that good.

Love Futuro so much. Their iced drinks are my favorite. The owner puts so much love and care into his shop and coffee. I love the people too, it's a family. It takes time to receive your drink but it's always prepared perfectly.

Futuro at Roosevelt Row Arts District has a great vibe, delicious brews and great presentation/service. Single origin brew was delicious as was the Lechera (pictured). Highly recommend.

The old dude with glasses is rude as hell, disrespectful to his customers, put some dignity in what you serve.

Latte left much to be desired.Staff is so inefficient—I’ve never seen so many people do so little in a coffee shop. Drinks come out only in the order regardless of what kind of drink it is even though there are five people behind the counter and only one barista. It makes no sense.Great pastries one day, but totally different the next day.Random things being sold throughout the place without explanation.

Nothing special about their coffee. Overpriced, under delivered, and to top it off, the milk added to the coffee was bad. I would have preferred gas station coffee. Cost to value ratio is way off, would not recommend.

Futuro is not for everyone. These homies mastered the art of making not only coffee but conchas, tamales, pozole. The way they make coffee is an art experience. So beautifully curated and crafted.
3 people who came after us got their drinks before us. Drinks took 20 minutes - no sorry or anything. Also wasn’t busy so there’s really no excuse.

I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait 30+ minutes for a $8 coffee anywhere. Coffee is good but probably not worth the wait. Place is small, gets super crowded and can’t find a place to sit and enjoy.

Pretentious serving needing to serve a to-go order on a wood board. Took thirty minutes to serve 1 order of espresso.

Absolute top-tier espresso. They know what they're doing.
