I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our recent experience at Palma for a birthday celebration. While we had made a reservation in advance and were initially seated without issue, our group was abruptly asked to leave our table to accommodate another reservation.

Very cool atmosphere. Well heated in the winter for outside dining. Food great. Very relaxing
