Jackie, Stormy, Amari, Aiden, Liam and Brooke are the best bartenders ever! So sweet, never letting my drunk run empty and brought the best vibes to Palma tonight!!! Highly recommend!!!

My friend & I are visiting Arizona from Ohio we decided to stop & try Palma for the Sushi & drinks! We ended up having a great time, the food was delicious, drinks were strong and made to perfection. Our bartender Jackie was amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable about the menu and so sweet! She recommended to us the vegan sushi roll & it was delicious as well as the other sushi rolls we ordered. We will be back next time!

Food was great but service wasn’t so great. We were there for an hour before we saw our server and it wasn’t as if it super busy. We were told we could stay at the bar until our table was ready (inside) which they told us it would be 10-15 min, not long, but it ended up being about 30 minutes. We were finally seated and then didn’t get a server for another 25-30 min. The food was good though. We hope there will be reform with the service before we come back!

Nice restaurant, good food. Not AS high end as the location appears online, but perfect as a more casual spot. The ambiance was great— relaxing, charming, warmly contemporary. Love the outdoor seating options (shaded tables, covered booths, small fire pits) and greenery/mini fountain. The food is pretty tasty here, and nicely portioned. Pricing is reasonable, and their happy hour menu offers a quality selection. Good customer service, but the restaurant’s customer service system needs some improvement. Servers are great, and clearly dedicated to their tables’ experiences. Hostesses are polite and accommodating.

Really disappointed that nothing was done for the bday person during my first and only visit so far. I selected “bday” as the special occasion for my reservation when booking through their website days prior. I assumed something would be offered or done for the bday person during our meal, but it seems the occasion was overlooked despite the restaurant’s asking. Nonetheless, I’m happy to visit again (maybe not for bdays) and recommend others give Palma a go :)

If you’re craving an exceptional sushi experience wrapped in great vibes, this spot absolutely delivers. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the tone — dim lighting, tasteful modern décor, and a subtle aroma of fresh seafood in the air. The music is a perfect blend of lo-fi beats and chill lounge tracks, just loud enough to create energy but not too much to overpower conversation.

The sushi itself is top-tier — fresh, beautifully plated, and generously portioned. The chef’s special rolls are creative without trying too hard, and the sashimi practically melts in your mouth. Pair it with a warm sake or a crafted cocktail from their surprisingly thoughtful drink menu, and you’re golden.

What truly elevates the experience is the people. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. They’re happy to explain the menu or recommend based on your taste. The crowd is a mix of regulars and curious first-timers, giving the place a friendly, almost neighborhood feel without sacrificing quality.

Whether you’re on a casual date, out with friends, or just flying solo at the sushi bar, this place hits all the right notes — food, music, and atmosphere in perfect sync.

We had such a great experience at this restaurant! The drinks were fantastic—crafted perfectly and so refreshing. Dinner was absolutely amazing, full of flavor and beautifully served. Our waitress was awesome—super attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Sitting outside was the cherry on top—the atmosphere was perfect and honestly felt like exactly where we needed to be.
I didn't take pictures I was on a date but definitely going back.

My friends and I came here while visiting from Georgia for my friend's birthday trip, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Our server, a young African American man, rarely checked in and only came to our table when we called him over. He seemed distracted and possibly overwhelmed, which impacted the quality of service. At one point, we had to flag down another server, a young woman, just to get our check. She was very kind and helpful, which we appreciated. When our original server saw we were getting ready to leave, he didn’t check on us or ask if we needed anything. He passed our table multiple times without acknowledging us. We left feeling high and dry, completely abandoned by him.

We ordered the popcorn chicken, which was very crispy but also quite dry. The ambience was nice, but overall, based on this visit, I wouldn’t recommend coming back. We were really looking forward to visiting this restaurant as we were visiting Scottsdale.

The outdoor area was really nice. The shade, outdoor fans, and mists during the extreme heat was welcomed. I went for happy hour and the food and price was very reasonable. At first the waitress seemed unfriendly and it took a little longer to initially ask us for drinks but she loosened up and everything was fine. I will definitely be going back again.
