Food is top notch. This is not just your average bertos clone. Same foods but great execution. Friendly service. The locations neighborhood is only downside but I still go when nearby.

Very disappointed with this place. Didn’t receive over half of my order and we spent a lot of money here! What we did receive sucked! Called to get a refund on what we didn’t receive but the lady was no help, couldn’t even understand her! There thief’s don’t order from them!!

So I ordered a chorizo fries and tried to add to the order 3 eggs, there was obviously a language barrier between the worker and I and I feel bad for kinda losing my patience with her?I forgot to order it "over easy" style and so she had the eggs mixed in. I tried to explain that I wanted over easy and not mixed in and I believe she misunderstood me because I got the order with no eggs at all, but still charged for it, which is ok, just future reference...ask the customer what type of egg they want?? I do apologize if I came across as rude.

Truly a horrible experience overall looking at how long I've been going here, to start with for the first I would say 6 months I would always get the number 15, and never knew until I got a different cashier at the window and she said it came with a drink and asked what I wanted, it had always been the same girl I had gotten at the window up until that point, so I was kinda upset, but kept coming due to the relitive distance from my house and omw home from work. From that point on, I had to keep reminding an EMPLOYEE that a drink came with my meal or else she wouldn't give it to me. Mind you, the price doesn't change at all getting the drink. Last week I had gotten off work super late and ran by to pick up dinner on the way home, and I did same thing tonight, when I pull up to the window I pay for the food I just ordered, its the same lady that didn't give me my drink for monthsss on end, she starts saying she charged me for the wrong order last week demanding I pay the rest of that order too, holding the food from me that I just ordered and already paid for, I tell her that's not my fault, I didn't notice she charged me incorrectly at all, and she just kept arguing saying I'm lying and continuing to refuse to give me the meal I just paid for, I then just ask for a refund for the food I just paid for since she won't give it to me, and she refuses that too!! I then say I will call the cops. After 5 more minutes of arguing while dialing the non-emergency number, she finally gave me my food, minus the sour cream I paid for. Being a MANAGER at my own food service establishment, I think this is absolutely insane behavior to see and possibly the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Never have I ever done that to a customer at my workplace, much less a regular customer, I had been coming here weekly for over a year, and at this point I'm proud to say tonight was the last time I will EVER return here. To be more specific it's a middle aged woman, wears her hair in a bun, works late nights daily it seems, and (truly not trying to be mean) sounds like she talks with her mouth full of saliva.

I got a carne asada burrito ($11). It was delicious. Just be aware that this is NOT a sit-down restaurant.It has a drive-thru and a walk-up window but no seating available. Although they do have a fenced outdoor patio, they keep it locked.

Went through the drivethru for breakfast burritos. The menu is EXPANSIVE. we ordered a chorizo b burrito and a bacon b burrito, which were around $8 each. We had to wait a few minutes (longer than usual for a drive thru) but the wait was worth it. The burrito is HUGE. It is perfectly TOASTED. it is VERY HOT. We tried to eat it in the parking lot but it was way too hot to eat. After about 20 minutes we dug in and wowwweeee I'm still thinking about that burrito a week later. The red and green sauce that they gave on the side was delicious as well and you must must add that on. ALSO it was probably the most perfectly wrapped by burrito I had in my life.
I love the budget 24 hour wash house and Wi-Fi and Mom and pop ?? I just love being a resident sometimes you just want to go somewhere with somebody knows your name and family it takes it takes a village misfits lady ballerz social we always Murphy law 36 bikers are always welcome it's like do with what the mob say do Hendricks way always welcome Saint Paul down the always home
