The girls working Upfront are a little condescending. I came in because my order said it was ready for pick up and they hadn’t even started making it. Then I show the confirmation of my order on my phone to which she says oh it’s for you to which I said yes before she would hand it over. Odd behavior

This location is the closest to my home so I've been here quite a bit and they almost Always forget one another of my entrees. It's an inconvenience to the customer to have to drive back And forth and when I've had to call them because they forget one of my entrées they get super defensive and ask for proof, but I wouldn't have to call you guys about forgetting my items if you guys didn't forget them in the first place. It's happened already like four or five times in the seven months that I've lived in this side of town at this point. I'm just gonna look for another panda express to go to because I really like panda but this location is very disorganized.

This location always serves small portions, but today they really outdid themselves. I asked for beef and broccoli and sesame chicken. It literally had one piece of chicken and three small pieces of beef; the rest was just veggies.

I've always enjoyed going to panda. My boyfriend and I decided to have dinner at this location. Towards the end of our meal, I noticed 3 different male employees go into the bathroom with their aprons on. I work in the industry and I believe we have to follow the same health code guidelines in every restaurant. That's just gross.. never eating at this location again.

Maybe it’s my stomach but every time I eat here the food is almost never fresh, cold or old but I have been having really bad stomach bugs and “you know what” !! Just thought I’d write a review because I am going through it right now running to the bathroom every second, don’t know why I keep eating fast food but I think today is the day I quit. I just pray I don’t get sick or my family and this is the only thing I have eaten today. So thank you panda!

Everytime I asked to have sweet and sour sauce or terriyaki sauce added to the bag in drive through after I pay, they never do it. I have to keep coming back to grab the sauces I asked for and forgetting side food that I order as well.

This is the smallest portion of mushroom chicken I have ever gotten. Why? It's Definitely not the same amount as the rest of my portions. Quite disappointing. The only reason the service is 4 stars is because the Door dash driver was given the wrong food and went back and was awesome about it.

Had to wait an hour for a pickup order, on top of the "30 minutes" it says it takes them on the app to receive your order and prepare it. Lots of people were able to get in line and order in the time it took me to receive mine. Don't ever order online for pickup here. They don't prioritize online orders or in advance orders at all.
