I sat and waited more than 20 minutes to get my food that was ordered through the app and watched them pick it up and put it down multiple times and served other customers after me when i was told it was next

I went to buy my son take out bowl $8.10 he wanted an orange chicken small box side always like $2 we get to the counter it was $15.20 for a bowl and side I questioned it ?? sorry price increase that I should have gotten a plate it would have been cheaper ! Well I am done never again will I go there ! $5.40 for a small box of orange chicken!

I recently visited Panda Express and had an unfortunate experience with the manager, Jose. From the moment we began ordering, it was clear that he was not interested in providing a welcoming or friendly service. He seemed bothered and impatient throughout our interaction, which made the experience uncomfortable. It’s disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially from a manager who should be setting a positive example for the staff.

On the bright side, I would like to commend Sam, who was the complete opposite. Sam was kind, attentive, and provided excellent service, which helped salvage the visit. It’s clear that Sam understands the importance of good customer service and made a genuine effort to ensure we had a positive experience.

Oh man... I would love to give 5 stars for food. But as a foodie and a lover of sort of Asian food cuisine. They need to train to recognize when to rehydrate cooked food to keep it hot and appealing. Please and thank you. ?

Vegetarian options: I could go in sooooo many directions with this. BUT... imagine vegetarian meals cooked to order, at the counter,(its fast food though), or a dedicated vegetarian section,(but keep it hydrated please).

I get the desire for receiving orders online, and often we do, but it appears online orders take priority over in store customers, which is disrespectful. Hire a back office team to fill online orders outside the in store customer queue. Chicken used to have more taste. Chow mein used to have noodles, mainly cabbage now. Rice is dry and tasteless. It feels like Panda has decided to chase the lowest level Chinese food consumer, probably why we don’t eat there much anymore. Change or collapse.
