I think I’ve found my new favorite location. Portion sizes are what I’ve come to expect and enjoy from Panda. It was as delicious as ever. The manager even accepted the “free entree” coupon I received after my last 3 bad experiences at the Elliot and Priest location. I was unaware it was only for the other location, but I told him it was fine because I won’t be going back there again; and he accepted it anyway. Five stars

I’ve been going here since high school.. used to taste fine. About 6-9 months ago the taste of the chow mein and rice has changed. Has 0 flavor whatsoever. The meats are fine I guess but whoever took over the cooking isn’t making the chow mein and rice very flavorful. Very

I went to get dinner for my family tonight. The person packing my food scooped it up on the plate only to find all mushrooms no steak and the rice was hard. Very unsatisfactory

Food tastes fine but the portions get worse every time. If I wanted a bowl of veggies, I would probably order it that way.15 minutes off on the pre order time as well.

Do not order takeout from this location. The portion sizes are significantly smaller. They forgot one of the entrees entirely.
Just ordered supper for the family. Delivery guy showed up promptly and was polite and friendly. Unfortunately the order was completely wrong. When we called to rectify it we were told we could "come in and pick it up another time". So I asked for a refund (because that's an asinine solution for a screwed up delivery order). Then she said we'd have to come in another time to speak to the manager because we can't even get a refund. Rude and deeply unhelpful.

I ordered food in advance on line. I got an email saying it was ready. 10 min after this text my huamd texted me saying he was STILL waiting. He said he would NEVER do this again. Very frustrating and annoying. The food we ordered from another place became ice cold while waiting for our order for our daughter at Panda Express. It’s just not great food to begin with.

I've been in this place a few times and every single time the employees harangue me to give a donation to charity. It's really annoying to be hit up to give money by a huge company that is charging ridiculous prices for food. If it's so important to them they should donate out of their profits not put customers on the spot. They use this money to make it look like they are oh so magnanimous when in reality they shook down their customers and made the whole experience much less enjoyable No one minds if they leave a little jar on the counter to collect for a charity passively but everyone hates this aggressive tactic where you feel like your choice is donate or look like a jerk when the only true jerks are the executives of this company employee if these tactics. Making their customers uncomfortable and making their employees uncomfortable from all the blow back they have to endure. If I worked here I would refuse to do it. They could fire me I wouldn't treat people this way.

It doesn't matter how good your food is now. I just found out that when I order a drink that my delivery driver is the one that fills it and puts the top on. I thought I was ordering my food and drink from a restaurant who knows how to handle food and has clean hands. Gross! Just gross. Quit being lazy and fill the drinks for your customers. That's ridiculous. It's a horrible policy.
