Since stomach surgery I've always ate green beans with chicken. So not eating it at this location again. Green beans hard uncooked. Very little sauce as well. Threw out $10

None of the employees are wearing gloves while handling food. Nor are they washing their hands before going back to the food after cashing customers out. This is very fowl.

You know what makes a poor customer experience? Having a customer say “I’d like two plates with noodles shrimp and orange chicken on both.” To put one together and say “and what on this one.” Make the customer repeat over and over. If that wasn’t enough I was asked to pay and wait and I asked if they had gotten more order filled. Imagine my surprise when I walked back to the car and found no orange chicken that I paid for. Repeated it so much it made me angry just to have my order like that anyways. I get that rushes happen but that was the poorest customer experience I’ve ever had at a panda, wouldn’t recommend or return.

Lack of attention and service. Got home to find out they only gave me 1 entree. Even when checking out they opened the box and still didn't notice.
Usually eat at this location. Just now I witnessed an employee using his bare hands to scrape washed rice from the strainer to the pot. Absolutely disgusting tbh. Use a utensil.

The food was acceptable; however, the staff seemed quite unenthusiastic and gave off a vibe of not wanting to be there, which was disappointing. The firecracker shrimp lacked freshness, and while the orange chicken was reminiscent of standard fare similar to Panda Express, the chow mein was just average.
