I had a frustrating experience at the Panda Express on Union Hills Dr., where my DoorDash order was stolen. When my wife called to address the issue, the manager rudely hung up on her and made no effort to help—an unprofessional and disappointing response. In stark contrast, Eli, the General Manager at the Bell Rd. location, went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. His attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction were unmatched. Eli’s exceptional leadership and care should be recognized and rewarded—he embodies everything great customer service should be and could teach the Union Hills staff a thing or two about integrity and accountability.

This a great location but I don't believe they have the correct leadership. I went in last night and majority of the meats were not available. I got to the restaurant 2 hours before they closed and the employees were more focused on closing cleaning duties than the customers. I think they started to close way to early and inconvenience me approximately 30 min for my preferred meat choice. I'm also a big clean freak! The manager was working on his laptop in the lobby and then decided to step in and help with online orders I'm guessing and he didn't even wash his hands. That's a big concerns to me tbh. Cleanliness in a restaurant is super critical. Idk I feel like this restaurant lacks customer service. Maybe corporate needs to find a motivated manager!

The food was great nit that good tho and the service was pretty slow it took like 6 minutes and the cleanniss was dirty all they did to clean the tables were just a rag there was dirt and black spots on it but still kinda clean

I showed up at 10pm. They close at 11. They only had 3 sides to provide. I believe great service and quality for a business is having everything hot and ready until the closing time. Period. My daughter is allergic to shrimp, and the only option she had was orange chicken. The employee seemed in a rush to serve us and get out. Disappointed!
