The lobby was clean enough. The staff didn't greet me. After I ordered three people who ordered after me were helped before the cashier walked away. Another team member then rang up someone then me. I almost walked out. Kind of regretting that I didn't.

Food was on point absolutely delicious hit the spot and the spot is a mile from my house so that’s a plus the person who filled my online order was very professional and even took the initiative to fill my drink up instead of just handing me the cups this is a minor thing to most, but to me it shows that the customer service is on par Definitely will be returning.

I think the manager at this location is RACIST. Every single time I come I get the same order and he’s hellbent on giving me small portions for my sides. I watched him give better portions to someone who did not look like me. It’s quite sad and I’m actually disgusted. I NEVER leave reviews let alone bad ones whenever I have a terrible customer service experience someplace. I always think that it could just be one bad apple too when someone leaves a bad review at a place you’re always treated well. This is not the case. Please use discernment, it seems integrity is for sale everywhere. Extremely disappointed!!!!!

I am here at 9:30 at night they're open for another hour and they don't have any food to serve they have one thing honey chicken breast and it's been left out for an hour and a half she said and they won't make anything fresh so they're open for another hour you come here to get food but they won't make any what a classy place. Here again 1/22/25 same thing just more attitude.

Went back today to pick up an order. My order was right in front of me ready and she decided to start putting other people's orders together that weren't even in the restaurant and all she had to do was just put mine in a bag and hand it to me. Same girl again. So I had to wait 5 minutes as she just started making other people's dishes in front of me. Then after she was done ignoring me handed me my order. It's only when this girl is here. Picked up at 3:48 today.

Terrible food at this franchise. Not sure why this location is so bad but that’s a manager problem. Do better.

The kung pao chicken neither looked nor tasted like chicken. Tasted more like pork which I don’t eat so I’m afraid I’m going to get sick from eating here. Have no idea what what the mystery meat was. The pieces were small and hard and not good at all either, and it was very spicy. Peanuts? Where were they? This was not at all good kung pao. Do not recommend.

The honey sesame chicken was dry and not flavorful but at least it seemed like chicken.

Even the lo mein (which they call chow mein) was terrible. How can they mess that up?? The noodles were dry, hard and crispy. Had way too many onions as well.

Tasted their new flavored drinks and that, too, was horrible. Not sure what’s going on with this franchise but it needs help.

The only positives are the abundance of parking and the employee, Jian, who helped me was extremely nice and helpful.

Don't know why they open early. All the dishes are not available until they start getting busy around 11am. If you are open I belive all items on the menu should be available.

Don't eat at this location bell rd & 9th st , found a piece of gum wrapped sticked to a penny inside my fried rice. I called the store to complaint the lady told me to come in for a refund, I showed up to the store 10 mins later & she then advise me she couldn't give me a refund and that I had to come in the next day when a manager was there. Worst customer service ever!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Just wanted to do a shout-out to Maggie. Her customer service skills are amazing!! She represents Panda Express well and deserves the recognition!!! She works well under pressure and recognizes her team her team mates on the kitchen!!

I walk and want to pick an online order. No chow mein. I was told 5 to 6 minutes. 10 minutes later. No shrimp. 5 to 6 minutes. Meanwhile, staff were purchasing desserts from a vendor selling stuff in your lobby. And all the while, I'm waiting for my order and customers are walking in after me and being served. This location has a really big problem. 2 customers walked out while I was there. Do yourself a favor and hire better people or close your doors.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in any Panda Express restaurant. There was literally 5 people in line including myself and the employees were buying cakes from a street vendor. Two customers walked out in frustration due to the lack of acknowledgment from the employees. This was not only unprofessional but extremely disrespectful I will never eat here again. Stand clear of this place terrible!! 0stars !!!

For the price of the food you would expect the food to be fresh and not be sitting for awhile. The rice was dry. Shrimp was not crispy you could tell it was sitting. $30 for 2 plates is insane and not fresh.
