DO NOT GO TO THIS PANDAHorrible customer service, disgusting kitchen and dinning areas, and food that sits out for 20+ minutesSecond time I've been refused service here. The first time, some lady named Jay gave me attitude for asking for fresh orange chicken, and even though there wasn't enough for my order, refused to have more cooked. This time, a manager named Maggie refused to have fresh chicken made because she still had some 30+ min old crusty gross looking orange chicken in the display.You pay so much for food here and it costs them pennies, the least you can do is change out the gross old stuff. The problem is the cooks are lazy and cook more than what demand is so they can sit around and joke.If the owner knew how this store was managed, they would be appalled at how much money they've lost because of incompetent and lazy workers.

What happened to the panda I used to know? All that comes with cow mien is the cabbage. 10% noodle to 90% cabbage ratio, honestly lost my appetite, just ate orange chicken, then no teriyaki sauce for my chicken, honestly down right unacceptable, will NOT be returning to this location. My wife and I expected noodles and got again 10%. Not okay.. if I wanted to eat cabbage I'd go buy it.

Been going to this location for a very long time. First time they let me down. Asked the cashier if I could get hot sauce and teriyaki sauce, she said it was in the bag. No Teriyaki sauce. The worst part was one of my two entrees plate didn't have the orange chicken I ordered. That mistake went over two people's heads, the person who serves it and the person who checks.Sad because it was a small rush

I went into panda to get some food. I ordered the 3 item combo with a side of super greens. I asked for half rice and half noodles, chicken and green beans, Kung pao chicken, and teriyaki chicken. I was told I had to wait because they needed to make the super greens. So I sat down and waited. When I got home and opened my food it was all wrong. I had no rice or noodles just super greens. I had beef and brocli that I did not order. Plus an extra side of super greens. It ruined my meal. I went and got Canes instead.

Sherry was rude, not just rude, VERY rude. I am a cook and when a customer wants something extra and simple like “hey can I get that crunchy” it’s really not that big of deal and she shook her head no right infront of me when the cook is saying it’s okay no problem. Someone should talk to her about that, I come here every week because I’m a cook down the street and it’s always fresh and decent for panda. Made me feel so awkward.
1: They DO NOT listen to their customers.2: It's no use ordering mobile orders here when you follow the app directions and they still can't get your order right.3: This is not the first time that this has happened.I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE GIVING THESE PEOPLE MY MONEY EVER AGAIN. THEY EXPECT YOU TO JUST TAKE THE ABUSE AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT, EVEN IF YOU DONATE FOR THE COMPANY.This maybe one of the worst service I've ever experienced in the city to date. Definitely all year by far.

Overall it’s a good Panda Express location. The food is consistently good. Sometimes could be a lot slow but that’s just because they get really busy during lunch hours. The place is kept up well, I bring my daughter here once in a while and she always enjoys it as well.

I stopped at the Panda Express at 9th St. and Bell Rd tonite to pick up something different for dinner. When I walked in there were 2 people in line ahead of me. The first one placed order after order, to go. He must have been feeding a dozen people. The second person only order a side of chow mein. I ordered a bowl and a plate to go. When I got to the register the first person and the 2nd person were both standing there waiting. They were still putting the first persons order together. The 2nd person went home with cold chow mein because they wouldn't ring it up until the rang up the first person. My order sat for about 20 minutes waiting for the first person's order to get put together and paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. Both the 2nd person and I should have been run up, as our food was ready. They literally would not ring anyone up until they finished that very large order. They had plenty of people working. No excuse! Very poor service. On top of that, I'm still not over not being able to get my favorite, orange chicken, because they started making it with chili oil a long time ago. Haven't been able to eat it since.
