I ordered food monday night, and let me tell you something. I have never in my LIFE had a plate at Panda Express that tasted as good and as FRESH then it did that night. I ordered the Hot Orange Chicken and the Beef with Chow Mein. EVERYTHING was ON POINT!!!! 10/10 experience. Im a manager at a Restaurant a few min down the street and I told myself that I was going to call in the morning and speak to a manager and just tell them how GREAT the food was and what a great job they did on making sure the best Quality was coming out the kitchen BUT THATS NOT WHAT I WAS ABLE TO DO COME TUES MORNING. The phone was answered by the RUDEST “manager” I Have EVER encountered. When asked if I can speak to a manager, she replied with “How can i help you” in a very fast manner as if she wanted the call to end asap. ANY QUESTION I ASKED was replied with how can i help you. I couldn’t even muster out a single word because she kept spamming “how can i help you” OVER AND OVER. Very rude, learn how to speak to your guests.

This location is horrible if you go inside to eat! They just focus on drive thru so after 15 mins standing there and 4 employees filled over 6 orders for drive thru and no one helped inside- we walked out!

This Panda Express is a hostile place. I needed to use the restroom as I ordered my food on 8/4/2022 at 9:46 am. The server Endina A. was so rude. I told her the door code 9910 was working, but the door would not open. She told me I was a man and to push it open. I once again told her, I am not aware of your door, can you show me how to open the door so I do not break anything, because I need to urinate and was starting to get frustrated. As a combat veteran, I took her refusal as aggression. She refused and I started to get triggered and flipping out. She then opened the door, so I told her I will just go eat my food somewhere else. This place is too hostile for me. The place needs to be re-trained for customer service!

They consistently do not fulfill complete orders. We are always missing items, sauces, utensils. Further, they never answer their phone which is truly a terrible business practice. Hopefully corporate makes some changes.

Went here to eat with my mom. I asked for a plate and it turned out to be a bigger plate at checkout. Only received 1 fortune cookie for 2 people. The girl at the checkout had a bad accent and I couldn't understand her. The grilled teriyaki chicken tasted bitter. They gave us kid cups for our soda.

I had a great experience at Panda Express! Allison was such great help and great customer service! The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful—especially the Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef, which were both perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce. The chow mein was tasty and not too greasy, and everything came out quickly despite the lunchtime rush.
The restaurant was clean, bright, and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to enjoy my meal. The staff were friendly and efficient, making sure the line kept moving while still being polite and helpful. Definitely a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal—I’ll be back soon!
