No other panda in this state takes this long to order. i’ve sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes and i haven’t even gotten to order my food yet. This is ridiculous

Waited in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes due to a reported system outage. I was told card payments were down both in the drive-thru and inside and that the store was cash-only, only to later be charged successfully on my card inside, which was confusing and frustrating. I had a passenger who had surgery earlier that day, making the long wait especially inconvenient. When I went inside to speak to the manager, some staff were making faces and whispering, which felt unprofessional. I understand technical issues happen, but communication and customer service could have been handled much better. Food was just okay.

Placed an order in drive thru, was told they were waiting on teriyaki chicken and once it was done they would bring the order to my vehicle. Waited by the side door the employee told me to wait at. I waited there for 15 min finally had to go inside to pick up my order, after I was told they would bring it to my vehicle. If, I have to come in to get my order let me know at the time I am ordering so I’m not waiting and waiting. Please communicate to your customers properly.

This location needs to change their nighttime drive thru person. They pulled us over in drive thru to wait on one of our items. The worker said they would bring it out to us shortly, but that didn't happen. We waited 15 minutes, then I went inside. Our half done order was still sitting in the drive thru. I asked for my order since the item we were waiting for was already sitting in the bin. There were no sorry whatsoever. Corporate needs to come down and do a surprise visit. I also want to mention that it wasn't busy at this time at all. How would these workers like to be on the other side of this issue?? I'm sure it would piss them off! Sad service for spending $60...
