Went in, ordered orange chicken. They gave me hot orange. I returned to correct the mistake but they argued and disregarded the issue. Cook didn't seem to know what he was doing. Overall negative experience, service and food. I Recommend finding another panda.

i’m a not a usual review leaver, but this location is awful. every time i do a pick up order i always select my sauce they forget it every time then have an attitude when i ask for it. majority of the workers there have an attitude as if we are an inconvenience.

The regular orange chicken was too spicy. Why have 2 orange chickens if they are both spicy? They were out of rice and chow mein. Was a 15 minute wait from entry. Not impressed. Will not be back.

Hair in food !! 7/1/25 I ordered a bigger plate and a plate from this location upon opening my plate a hair was visually on my food. I called the store immediately asked for a supervisor the employee stated they were in a rush hour for lunch time no manager was available. I advised I understood but a hair was found in my food. She placed manager on the line after waiting a few minutes. He advised he would replace my hole order. He advised to order with receipt of purchase 24hrs later no receipt of who I spoke with. I've never had a problem so I took the credit instead of the refund he offered me. I will never do bussiness at this location ever again I've spent to much money here for this poor customer service and such a huge run around. Oh and better hair protection . In the future do better panda lost a good customer only replaced plate not bigger plate as offered

I tried multiple times to call to cancel my order with in 60 seconds of realizing it was the wrong location. They will not answer the phone. I lost $45 dollars over that. Not returning it is the same as stealing my money.

Don’t show up after 10. Ran out of all rice and chow mien. They will not make any items they run out of even if there’s a line. They should advise people that their location has different hours for the kitchen and service. I Wasted my lunch break driving here because it was one of the few places open til 11pm. Only to find they closed the kitchen at 10 and would not be making anymore food. They only wanted to get rid of the old items while they work on closing up early
They had everything cooked to perfection, it was very clean and the staff were all friendly. One of the better locations I've been to!

Poor customer service she didn’t greet me or acknowledge my presence when I was standing waiting for her to take my order, I would say about three minutes to most. I came in and got a bigger plate, but I feel like her serving portion was very small. Didn’t get enough chow mein or rice. There was only a little bit of sesame shrimp left so I asked if I can have the rest. She only gave me half and there were still three pieces left so I thought maybe she could give the rest to me since there was no more she took a while to place my order. She was not very friendly. Didn’t speak to us or anything she she seemed very irritated said whatever was out is what they already have left we came two hrs before closing. I believe her name was Ashanti B so I don’t think I’ll be coming back
