Never had a problem here, food is always hot and tasty. Service is always good. Sometimes they're busy and its a bit slow. Just never go to the location off agua fria, this location is way better

Wow!! The nerve of Panda Express to allow online orders and catering to take priority over customers 20+ standing in line waiting for food 30 minutes. Turn online ordering off. Terrible job planning for the busy time of day and also charged me for shrimp didn’t even serve me shrimp too busy to go back to get it fixed.

We ordered a couple of Big Plate with half noodles and half mixed greens, along with three entrées: Original Orange Chicken, String Bean Chicken, and Teriyaki Chicken, plus unlimited drink refills. The flavors of all three chicken dishes were absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed our meal in the outdoor seating area, soaking in the perfect weather, the food truly complemented the entire experience. It was a wholesome protein-packed meal with plenty of broccoli, spinach, and chicken. The taste was unique and well-balanced; I’ve had Orange Chicken at many places, but Panda Express really stands out for its perfectly balanced flavor.
I used the Panda Express app to order bigger plate, but they were missing out on one of my items. Tried calling but no one would pick up. Disappointing

This location is consistently horrible. Unfortunately, last night was just another reminder of why I should’ve stopped giving them chances. I keep hoping they’ll get it together, but the service here continues to be rude, careless, and completely unprofessional.
I placed my order online one hour before closing, plenty of time for them to prepare what I paid for. When I arrived, the staff member told me they were “out of everything except noodles and orange chicken.” That’s it. And instead of offering alternatives, a refund, or even an apology, she acted like it wasn’t a big deal and just gave me double noodles and orange chicken—even though I paid for different sides.
If they close at a certain time, they should have enough food to serve customers until then. It makes no sense to accept full-price online orders while having almost none of the items available.
This isn’t a one-time issue either. Every single time I visit this location, it’s something—missing items, rude staff, or poor communication. It’s frustrating to spend your money and never receive what you actually paid for.
I’m extremely disappointed and honestly don’t think I’ll be returning to this location again.

Usually food is good, only common complaint from me is they can’t keep up the syrup stock for their sprite, extremely watered down. I decided to try their Grilled teriyaki chicken last night and I woke up feeling awful, I believe I have food poisoning.

Service members are unprofessional, stood in line forever for the cashier to ask the other cashier why she didn’t ring me up and she said loudly “cuz I gotta use the bathroom” then the remaining cashier proceeded with an attitude- it’s not that hard, and it’s worse when your being stalled out to give them your payment. Then you finally get the food and it’s cold.
I just ordered a bowl and I am terribly disappointed at the portion size of my orange chicken.

Went in, ordered orange chicken. They gave me hot orange. I returned to correct the mistake but they argued and disregarded the issue. Cook didn't seem to know what he was doing. Overall negative experience, service and food. I Recommend finding another panda.

i’m a not a usual review leaver, but this location is awful. every time i do a pick up order i always select my sauce they forget it every time then have an attitude when i ask for it. majority of the workers there have an attitude as if we are an inconvenience.

The regular orange chicken was too spicy. Why have 2 orange chickens if they are both spicy? They were out of rice and chow mein. Was a 15 minute wait from entry. Not impressed. Will not be back.
