How can you not serve food on a paper plate? I don’t want toxic styrofoam. You have paper plates. Why can’t you do just that? It’s not hard. It really isn’t.

This was a takeout order, BTW. So first - I usually love panda express and are very familiar with their food. We ordered orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, egg rolls and had side of rice and noodles with our order. The teriyaki chicken was very bland and VERY rubbery - like it had been cooked and left for a very, very long time. The orange chicken was fine - no surprises. The egg rolls - greasy and a strange almost fishy taste. Like the oil had gone waaay too long without changing. As a brand and chain Panda is excellent. This place, however - a very different story. Great location and great opportunity... But really need to improve food quality. Overall... Yuck!

Pepper angus steak is weirdly cook with the broccoli stem is so hard if they were trying to achieve a crunch it is badly pairs with the broccoli stems which is supposedly be in the trash
I am a Regular here management is horrible they forgot me while waiting for food and the front end team on Friday at 4:08pm August 2nd 2024 Simple order. When I asked the girl in line can u let me know status she said they are making it. 10 min go by and then asked for refund. She said can’t with out receipt and that makes no sense since she rang me up and even asked donation since she seemed to be struggling in that area.I said sure being nice. She could care less and that speaks to her character and personal values or lack of. Now I called a manager just to resolve and still can’t refund because she failed to give me a receipt . I will also Mail a copy of this to Panda Restaurant Group 1683 Walnut Grove Ave. Rosemead, CA 91770
