Ordered pick up for tonight and when I got home from picking it up I found out my order was wrong! I called the store to speak to a manager and I was greeted by a very rude Connie. I told her my order was wrong and she then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that it was correct when I was starring at the wrong order! Please Connie tell me where the chow mein is!! The manager is terrible to allow their staff to act like this! Will never go back to this dirty place again

In store customers should never take the back seat.
I've watched them do 3 massive online orders and ignoring the 8+ customers in line.

This panda might be the most frustrating when it comes to consistent proportion. the managers give you the lowest amount like they get bonuses based on extra food left. fortunately the new people load you up so much it's actually worth that price. You just never know who you gonna get. the stingy managers barely enough to fill a bowl or the newbies. Sad that it's the only one in the area or they'd have a lot less business.

I walk in and I'm greeted by the staff. Everyone is very professional and productive. They had fresh orange chicken on the line and I waited 5 min, max. EXCELLENT SERVICE! TWO THUMBS UP! Thank you for your service.
